BEWARE of staying at this place!! The housekeeping staff are straight liars and THIEVES!!! They we will into a lady's room and STOLE all of her and her children's things and then lied about it!! A police report was filed!!!

I walked in with my toddler who needed to use the bathroom badly and they denied us entry to use the bathroom. I really should have let my toddler defecate herself in the front door. It was ridiculous. Never use Garden Inn and Suites, absolutely cruel treatment and not kid friendly.

I have heard staff speak very loudly & bad about all clients. using profanity. Their is no professionalism here. You can be standing somewhere quietly and will hear very bad things about yourself and others all behind misunderstandings between staff. Last conversation I heard out loud lasted an hour and 30 mins and this occurs almost everyday.. Children were denied free gifts and pizza on Christmas by staff with burgundy. Security tells other security "I wouldnt eat that garbage if I were you" infront of guests. i have had random people open my door and run out after seeing me with no explanation. I cannot get undressed in my room. this place is scary and very unprofessional. Maintness told a guest one of the burgundy wearing workers was having relationships with married woman at the hotel. Very harmful information. I feel very unsafe and verbally attacked. The people who do not pay for their rooms and receiving 1 large towel and 1 small towel for a family of 4+ They do not receive absolutely nothing that's on the required check list except 1 toilet paper and a change of bed sheets every 2 days. Multiple people describe this hotel as a jail. You cannot call the front desk, they do not pick up due to no staff most of the time. If you call to make a reservation , you will most likely be turned down due to no more available rooms, however their are available rooms. No TV service in half the building. Thermostat not working in half the rooms. Sinks come completley out of place/broken and unsafe. water leaks from the sink pipes in bathroom. Multiple rooms have complained of their stuff getting wett behind leaks.

The hotel lobby is beautiful. But you aren't paying to sleep in the lobby.There is no ice machine, no ice buckets, I had to wait until the next day for extra towels. Which were rough. There have a coffee maker with no thing to put in the coffe...DO NOT SPEND THE MONEY THEY ARE ASKING...and did I mention you have to drive to any store AND there is no parking except next to the dumpsters in the back of the buildingI

My flight to NYC was delayed and I was unable to make it to my hotel reservation the night of--. I called ahead before boarding my red-eye flight [on the west coast] and gave the hotel a heads up, wondering if they'd actually hold my room. The following morning I arrived into JFK at 6am, completely drained and exhausted, and lo and behold my champion RICK at the front desk had me all checked in AND my room ready to go. (He even printed a necessary couple of pages that I needed and had forgotten to print before departing, whilst checking me in!!) I got all of the sleeps that I needed to jumpstart my business trip. Rick is real one and Garden Inn & Suites is a gem of convenience and good business. Six out of five stars!

Stayed for 2 days. The hotel is only a couple months new so it still looks it; nice and clean. Fallon, one of the main staff was really nice and helpful and the room was surprisingly spacious and bright. The only thing is, parking is hard to come by and you may end up parking behind the dumpsters in the back of the hotel. Other than that, Good stay!

Very clean very organized Hotel the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful his name is Falen, You can tell he really enjoys his job and enjoys helping customers. The hotel was very clean smell very fresh when you walk through the door. The housekeeping must be doing an excellent job yes a very good Hotel and I would recommend it to anyone who needs to be close to JFK it was a $12 Uber ride to the emirates terminal Review from Shawn M

made a reservation for this place saw the reviews asked for my reservation to be cancled especialy since they didint even email me a recipt of my paymentcalled them they said ill notifi my managerwnet in they said ill speak to the manager and he will email you 2 days later still nothing this place is a scam
