The sender has a complete mess in the organization, very unfriendly and very, very slow working people. Live queue. I stood there for 4 hours to get the door. After that I stood at 8:00 waiting for loading, it’s simply impossible. In addition, it is not possible to wait in the truck; you need to be near the truck on the ramp, otherwise they will not load it.

Very poor management! You'd think you're in a third world country! First of all there's limited staff when they open at 4am; maybe 2. Then one guy comes in with 20 AWB and occupies those 2 agents for the next 2 hours. Anyone behind those 2 customers definitely miss their cutoff for flight. They now open a booth in the warehouse to help but that's worst because they have you back and forth between the warehouse and office meanwhile people comes after you and get serviced. I don't understand how it takes 2 hours to pick something up from DASH. Will be making a complaint with delta

Worst place to get a load , only one person at front desk, expect long waiting hours I was here for 2 boxes I waited 3 hours is ridiculous , management you need to hire more staff , horrible service

Delta cargo is handling the cargo shipments of Virgin Atlantic Arline at its facility in building 21 at JFK. The imports of virgin atlantic are handled in a very unprofessional and pathetic manner. Paper work is done in the warehouse instead of the aircondiined office where all other transactions are done.
Other cargo functions are fully computerized where the manager can easily gauge the time taken by the warehouse to release the shipment to the customers. But there is no check in for virgin atlantic import customers.,
The agents doing virgin imports don’t care about their work because there is no way to know how long they take to process the imports. Sometimes the customers wait for more than 5 hours to get processed there. Management of delta should streamline the VA imports to assuage the complaints of their customers.

Very bad customer service from the start woman @ front desk did not wanted to be asked any questions, no one there wants to be asked any question very rude they make believe your not there.
This comment I'm writing it July 27 2024.I really hope Delta does something about this out of everybody only one person from the forklift was trying to work @ a fast past but everybody else is like thay want the day to go by and do the less work they can.Very sad what's going on in this place.
