Worst experience I have ever had the guy who helped me didn’t have good ideas about the product and which one goes where !! I needed while studs but the guy gave me a wheel nut!!?♂️than I explained him where I am going put it do I really need nut??? He says he don’t know and than another guy who stands by door he came and takes his employee side we don’t have we don’t have like Stu…..d ?♂️?♂️after I explain the problem with an Spanish guy he help me out he understand quickly what I need .

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I was told I could not complete a refund even with a receipt.The only thing they’re good at is spreading their misery on to customers. Every employee looked like they couldn’t care less about doing anything remotely related to their job.I’ve received better customer service from a 2 star McDonald’s

The only reason I’m gonna give it two and half but since I can’t a three because that one guy that helped me did his best even though the one before was all over the place just to change the battery third time coming back battery didn’t fit. I spoke to a manager/ supervisor she claim that you know when I come in I’ll make sure you get a 10% discount for the mistake on our part. Come in saw her and still didn’t apply it nor keep her word all I got was oh I’m sorry about that sir. Understand things is just not on point at the store they really need more Workers the phones is ringing out like crazy, etc. you’ll have one person Helping you and then after a while they’re trying to multitask with like 10 other people and it doesn’t really work out well, you guys have to do better…
