Where was the only way to describe this place. I ordered stuff months prior. They told me the stuff was there I went and I paid for the items expecting them to be delivered on Wednesday took the day off work and everything only for need to all day I get in contact with them. The first thing they say to me is oh you have a delivery schedule for today I don't remember that. And to follow it up with oh the items are not in the warehouse you have to wait until we get the items in. I asked them when that will be he told me the items should come in Wednesday afternoon and be ready for a drop off thursday. So I have to take another day off work to wait and again it's the same story.

I went on July 02-2023 to purchase a bedroom set, living room set, and dining room set. The manager/owner was very respectful and patient with me he even gave me a full run down of their 3rd party financing company (which most furniture stores don’t give) which was very helpful on my end. He explained everything from how much interest they take and how long I have to pay with no interest to helping me call the finance company to adjust payment. With regard to delivery they were pretty much on point other than the fact they delivered a day after scheduled which is understandable because most companies close on July 4 so everything was backed up. I really recommend this furniture store not only for its precise quality, timing, but also for its very cheap price that will beat every furniture store in queens!!!!

This was one of the worst experience with buying funiture. No professionalism, lack of communication and they also delivered a store sample couch instead of a new one I paid for and then dumped all the package boxes in my living room! Never going back there!

Bought a $2,100 king bed set, down paid at least $500 & finished the rest of the remaining amount 2 days later... was told the furniture will arrive within 7 days or 12 days the latest... it’s going on 2 months almost 3 & still HAVEN'T received the furniture. Not to mention, there is NO MONEY BACK. Only in store credit. Highly recommend NOT purchasing furniture from this place, very unprofessional & could care less about the customers.

Their words doesn’t mean jacks . They will tell you that the delivery day will be in 3 days but it actually takes close to 3 weeks for the delivery and when you try to cancel it the store policy would be 25% of the merchandise .. Please go somewhere else

Beautiful furniture at this store and employee aziz very very nice gentleman he give you time to choose and help choose not like other store you enter salesman come just want to give anything to make his commission and go this guy is very helpful if any one want furniture go to this store and ask for him and see buy yourself I rocamande it to all my friends and family
