I will say that the property is a bit old and some apartments need some renovation. However, this is the best management experience I have had so far. I moved to the US about 10 years ago, moving almost every year and up until living at Warrenwood, i didn't even know that there was such a thing as a "good" property management. I am sure corporate doesn't care about the tenants but the management truly cares about the residents. Best experience so far.

Very dated apartments & shady practices by management company. Charging tenants to pay for the mandatory inspection by NYS to move-out - they will try to nickel/dime for anything possible. READ YOUR LEASES & CONTACT YOUR AG

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Landlord has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I moved into the apartment 2-1A at 600 warren rd, it became abundantly clear that this landlord prioritizes deceit and exploitation over fairness and integrity.
Despite the numerous complaints I lodged regarding pre-existing damages such as holes in the kitchen walls and rusted fixtures, Landlord chose to turn a blind eye and now seeks to unjustly charge me for repairs that were never my responsibility to begin with. To add insult to injury, they have the audacity to demand payment for routine cleaning that should fall squarely on their shoulders as the property owner.
This landlord's utter disregard for the truth and their shameless attempts to swindle tenants out of their hard-earned money are despicable. I urge anyone considering renting from them to proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly document every interaction to protect themselves from falling victim to this deceitful behavior.
Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a landlord who values honesty and fairness.Landlord is not worth the trouble or the financial strain they will inevitably inflict upon unsuspecting tenants.
Avoid at all costs.

The apartments they showed us differed greatly from what they rented to my son. Dirty carpets. broken screen mesh, dirty and unpainted kitchen and bathroom furniture... burnt light bulbs, it's been more than a month and nothing to fix. The entrance stairs are dirty and smell horrible, there is no maintenance. I wouldn't recommend.

I have recently experienced this and I know all the reviews are wrong and I want everyone to be honest with the truth. Lauren,Maddie, and Nicky I talked to three of them specifically Lauren and she was nice before I moved in and she promised me that I will get everything I asked for but unfortunately first day of my moving I realized they don’t care because they got the money. They gave me broken refrigerator dirty sink . Dirty and broken bathroom floor and cockroaches and outside is so bad I think it’s unhealthy to live in that apartment.. So my humble request to everyone please read my review and look at those pictures before you rent the apartment.

My partner and I have lived here for about a year now and have been incredibly happy with the property and especially the management. Christie (who works in the leasing office) always assists us promptly and kindly, and ensures all our needs are met and questions are answered. Christie is refreshing to work with for any and all apartment needs (especially compared to other management that we’ve encountered in Ithaca and elsewhere). It is clear that the maintenance is thorough and aims to solve the cause of the issue rather than just temporarily fixing any symptoms. This seems to be a rarity in Ithaca, and is one of the many reasons we have been happy here at WarrenWood. They are also veteran friendly which absolutely means a lot to me having served prior to my arrival here. Would be happy to recommend WarrenWood to any young family or couple.

I had a very hard time with Warrenwood apartment customer service in the last five days. They gave my apartment key to a person who did not officially sign the lease with me and Warrenwood apartment.This person made a lot of troubles to me since she got my apartment key on August 14th, 2022.She is a stranger to me, she did not have an agreement with me about how to pay security deposit, monthly rental fee, and utility fees. And she refuse to leave my apartment until she found another apartment on Friday, August 19th!I, as a resident could do nothing but suffer with this situation. No one in Warrenwood apartment office care about my situation promptly! I called them, I went to their office to ask help.But they side they did not have time to response me since they have new customer to sign new lease. I felt helpless and very upset with them. I could not find anyone for emergency situation at Warrenwood apartment.

I lived in Warrenwood apartment for one year of 2021-2022. The utilities are almost the oldest around this area. The apartment smells. The bathroom is super small and of bad design -- the edge of the medicine cabinet is sharp and it is right above the toilet, which scratched my head twice. No power outlet in the bathroom -- you need to go out of the bathroom to use your hairdryer. There is no ceiling light in the bedroom.The management service is bad too, unfortunately. You always need to wait for 1 week for the maintanence to come. I was charged $305 move-out fee for the broken kitchen floor tiles and the bathtub. However, one or two of the kitchen floor tiles were already broken, and the bathtub was very old, small and not very clean at the time we moved in. We never took a serious bath using that bathtub during the year there. The late rent payment fee was charged without even a payment reminder. The only bonus point living in warrenwood is that the neighborhood is quiet.

Just moved in here and LOOOOOOVE this place! Was so impressed with Erin and Christie from our first communications ! It is clean, well-maintained, beautiful landscaping and quiet. The BEST decision I have ever made was to move to Warrenwood!

So far it has been great - from helping us out with our groceries when we waited to check-in, answering all our questions and addressing our concerns.Most of all - the maintenance team.We realize that due to the high turnover in these apartments there's due to be some wear and tear- but they are quick to respond and always friendly.This Saturday morning when we woke up to a leaking ceiling - they got here within the hour( on a weekend!) and got it all fixed.
