I’ve been in the store many times over the years. We purchased two large agates. Super heavy and large. Matt worked with us to ship them across the country. Arrived in perfect shape to display in our home. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this place. By far the best crystal and mineral store I've been too. The owner was very cool and educational and all his crystals are ethically sourced (some even mined by him himself). His employees were also very kind and helpful. They've got some very cool and unique jewelry and figurines as well as spiritual gems and trinkets. And everything was very reasonably priced. One of the more interesting and welcoming mom & pop stores you'll find in the area and I would highly recommend a visit to anyone in Ithaca.

Great place for beautiful jewelry, crystals, and minerals. Very nice people besides, along with great customer service. By the time I decided to buy a ring I had tried on, I had to get back on a plane, so I called and asked if I could buy the ring over the phone. They were super helpful and processed the transaction quickly. My ring arrived a couple of days later. It was beautiful - and I so enjoyed the whole experience! Thank you.

A wonderful place for jewelry, crystals, and minerals! Very nice staff as well. Saw a beautiful ring one evening that I couldn't stop thinking about. Once I decided to buy the ring (great prices besides), I had a plane to catch to return to Washington State. So I called them and asked if they could help. The person on the phone even remembered me and the ring I had tried on, sent me a picture of the ring just to make sure, and then processed my payment over the phone. Super easy and great service. The ring arrived within a couple of days. What a great experience!

The owner of this store recently sold me an expensive Labradorite necklace for a friend. I bright it back bc the chain was rubbing up against my friend’s neck and it clearly was poorly designed. Matt began making excuses and gave it to a young woman to repair. He told me he would call when it was done. Two week’s later I stopped in to see if it was finished.He told me no and that I should know how much time it takes to make these necklaces. Two weeks later I still didn’t hear from his so I stopped in again. This time he told me he had to fire the girl and was looking for someone else to fix it.After waiting a month with no call from him, I was disappointed. Matt told me I was “ruining his dinner” ( he was eating behind the counter) and then proceeded to blame my friend for damaging the necklace when she removed it. “It’s clearly her fault”!In the end, he told me to be nice! I asked for the necklace as is. I won’t do business here and advise you to not either. Matt is not a responsible business man. More like a boy.

I went to this shop last summer to buy some raw quartz crystals to use in an epoxy resin coffee table I made. The project turned out beautifully. The owner Matt was so nice!

An incredible experience through and through. The staff was not only knowledgeable, but also very hospitable and welcoming. They shared their passions and joy, and in turn elevated the atmosphere into a memorable time that was the highlight of my trip to Ithaca. 10/10, will return. Plus their gems, crystals, and other resources are simply divine! Priced fairly, and with something for everyone.

This place is amazing! I found magic for the first time since living here for 8 years! I encourage you to start collecting a small repertoire of crystals and metals to show to your friends and family or enjoy for your own amusement. In fact, they carry a wide variety of amazing specimens that are very hard to find anywhere else and have some of the best examples of large and medium sized crystals.I am not one to really believe in crystal power but after being in here I had to have a few of my own! They also have a great artist, in house, named Ryan B Curtis who specializes in animal paintings that combine spiritual elements. Definitely a must check out store if you visit Ithaca!I will be back for more rare specimens in the future! Enjoy the wonders of a beautiful collectible store.

This store is so cool! I could spend hours checking everything out and talking with the owner. The owner, Matt, is fascinating, super knowledgeable, and very friendly.

I'm not sure what the other reviewers are talking about. When my family and I walked in, the owner was very polite and helpful. On top of that, he was patient and funny. The store is beautiful and well organized! This will not be the last time I go. Don't listen to the negative reviews. You won't be disappointed to come here!

This business says the store should be open at noon. The owner showed up about 5 till, the owner even acknowledged me as he entered. I waited till after opening time and returned. The place was still locked up and when I finally got the guys attention all he did was waive at me and continue to ignore me. I guarantee I’ll never be back to give him another chance to treat me like I don’t matter.
