  Hardly luxury. Property is aging badly due to poor management/maintenance. They show nearly total disdain for the renter. They just want your money. Rent at this property only if you must.

  The office requires lots of documents to fill-in before check-in. No further instructions when submitting the materials. The mat and refrigerator is dirty and uncleaned.

  Since moving in two months ago, I have nothing but positive things to say. The Management team has been incredibly responsive, with all requests for any repairs completed quickly and thoroughly. I’m really happy I chose to live at Lansing West, best management team ever and everyone is so personable and friendly!
