The help at Cortland New York is much more courteous. In Ithaca they have an open box table. There was an open and scarred multi-tool Hercules for 64 dollars in 99 cents. I asked the woman manager how much a new one was, she said I don't know you would have to go look . Turns out a new one is 79.99. The new one comes in a box with accessories and Blades. I asked the woman if the price was negotiable and she snapped at me. The accessories cost more than the $15 off

Associate's are courteous, friendly and helpful. We found what we were looking for easily, store is clean and organized and the prices are good. A good place to shop.

I was able to find everything I needed and their prices were decent. They downside to my visit was there was a very annoying static sound coming from the overhead speakers. I am thinking it was due to the rain storms but still...it was hard for me to ignore it
