Came here at 7pm on a weekday, having had a terrible day, including a flat tire to fix. Jason found the problem, explained it to me, fixed the issue, and sent me on my way with only a $12 bill. This man is my fairy tire godmother.

I came here at 5:07pm when they’re supposedly open until 6pm and got told they couldn’t swap out a loose tire for me because they had “just turned their air compressor off” an hour before close really???

Really the worst possible place you could ever imagine. Please make sure you are an car expert before going there. The technician was extremely unprofessional and incompetent. I got an AWD vehicle, and they told me that it would be okay to replace only one tire, albeit that the system kept telling them that I need to do all four for my vehicle. And told me that I'll have to replace the tire myself, not realizing the possible catastrophic consequences for my transmission. Turns out I have to install the tire myself, buy a set of 5 tires, and have the transmission fluid changed for trusting them. Really, by far the worst place I've ever been to.

Excellent place to get new tires. They had great prices on new tires and got them installed on the same day. They have great tire maintenance policy too.

Not enough help waited 20 minutes for help end up going to regular check out and the guy couldn't figure out what the yellow slip meant so I got pissed off and slammed the Cart with 200 in groceries in it in to the service desk and walked out this store is no better then tops up the road

Most of the staff here are incredibly rude. On multiple occasions we have experienced disrespectful staff. For example, most recently, we arrived at 6:30pm on a Sunday, fully knowing that they close at 7pm. We knew exactly what we needed, but when we walked in the staff-woman at the door exclaimed "we close at seven" in a scolding tone. I understand a need to communicate a closing time, but the way it was delivered was unnecessary. I am sorry you have to work on Sunday nights but that is not your customer's fault. Then when we were leaving at 6:50pm my husband wished her a good night, and she blatantly ignored him. It was incredibly rude. On top of that their selection is not nearly as good as the location in east Syracuse. Overall, a disappointment.

I have had my tires serviced at this location for six years, they have a truly great staff. Their prices are excellent and if they think you can get a better price they will tell you exactly where to find it. I worked in a boat service department for years (meaning some work with trailer tires), these guys are people you can trust. If you just have a puncture they will fix it, not try to sell you a new tire, and if they tell you that your tires need replacing you should believe them.

I love shopping at bj’s the lunch meat alone saves us enough to cover our membership costs. We also own a farm and in the summer months are constantly buying water and other drinks for the field. The only complaint I have is that lately they have been having vendors there to promote services. When I was there yesterday AT&T was there and the reps would not leave me alone. I was asked 7 times about switching to them ( and I told them I already have their service). I am sorry but if I am paying to shop somewhere, the last thing I want is to be hounded by sales sharks.

This BJs is actually one of the nicer ones. It has a bakery, meat counter, and a deli in it. There are things here that aren't at all other BJs. The staff are always kind and pleasant. I have never had a bad experience here.

If you are a BJ's member there is no better place to buy tires especially if you wait for the discount coupon/free installation deals. Free winter/summer switchover if you bought the tires from them, just make sure you schedule the winter switchover well in advance. Also, cheapest propane refills in town.

I have had only positive experiences at this BJ's and have never had a negative encounter with an employee, as other reviewers report. The store is clean and easy to navigate. Sometimes they are out-of-stock or don't have what I want, but I assume this is because this is a smaller version of the usual store in more populated areas. I will continue to shop there and have recommended it to friends who also are very happy with it.

I have lived in the area for several years and have been going to BJ's off and on the whole time. The store is always clean and well stocked. The employees have always been friendly and helpful if I've needed anything, or just to say hi or ask if I need anything when walking past. I'd definitely recommend people use the store if they're looking for a less expensive means to shop for a higher quantity of items. We've even bought a laptop here when on clearance, which was a steal. Not sure about the MaryC rant either but in my experience, when an employee has any type of response like that, it's in direct response to someone being incredibly rude and inappropriate first. Personally, I've seen people at this BJ's being very rude and the employees are quite respectful and patient in return. I appreciate having the store in the area and will continue to ignore the Mary C's of the world.
