Me my mom when to big lot shop my mom deal health problems so she had go to bathroom I told my mom don't use first or 3 rest rm bec they were Nashy when she came out of the rest rest room a lady that works there came running out at here yell at say poop all over toilet I was so pissed at this lady I told here it wasn't my mom she want to still yelling at Her she made my mom go back in clean it when want her I told her she had no right yell at my mom I told the lady that has cancer and disable the lady want fight with me ithaca big lot employees need start treat customers with respect

Found a really awesome couch, that my wife and I were able to agree on.
Thanks to the friendly and helpful service of Kirk and Kaleb, we were able to troubleshoot materials that our cats wouldn't destroy, and couches that fit in our space, all without breaking the bank!

Went in to get a sofa. All the furniture was blocked off and could barely walk around to look at the furniture. Very uninviting and not good for those with mobility problems. Left without buying anything.

Purchase bottled water there. Awesome price on highly rated water. Also purchase K-cups there. Decent selection at great prices.

We got an incredibly comfortable King mattress here for only $1k! It was more comfortable than the ones at Metro Mattress and other stores (IMO) and less than a quarter of the cost!

Awful customer service in the furniture department. Very rude and sarcastic “salesman”. Hopefully they find a couple new employees who are willing to help customers purchase furniture without acting like we are disturbing their peace. On to a different store from now on.

Ordered furniture. Paid half up front. 2 months later, and it's still not here. Very disappointed. They have no idea when it's coming. Could be another month or more.

No complaints about this store. Big Lots was always a favorite of mine in Florida and, although the stock and variety are not as good, there is always something for me to try. Prices have gone up and there are frequent stock outages, but that is true everywhere. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I shop here at least three times a month. Being a member of their rewards program helps me save even more.
