“Insurance doesn’t normally cover it so I’m not even going to try” that’s what he told us. So now i have to submit the receipt and have my insurance company reimburse me. Guess what, they covered it. This guy is so inconvenient but he’s the closest compounding pharmacy so when CVS across the street doesn’t have something you have to go to him. Forget it man, I’m just gonna travel to another store. Also being told to wait and then being asked to move so a regular customer can be helped first then helping me immediately after was so rude. This isn’t my first time dealing with this place but it definitely will be my last. Oh, if you need a notary definitely skip this place he’ll give you such an attitude you’ll wonder why he’s even s notary to begin with.

Racist pharmacist,treats people like trash i only gave it one star because it didn't let me comment...he told me he's only filling a script once not to go there anymore...i was very polite and agreed....I've never been treated this way . Paid with a debit card he said you don't have cash ...um no Sir... Very rude person ..i hope you get shut down

Our family has been going to Raan Pharmacy for over 20 years. Charlie and his team are excellent, they know you by name and it's makes for a pleasing experience.

Extremely rude pharmacist. Told me over the phone to come pick up my medications as they were ready after a misunderstanding with my insurance (to which he initially was annoyed and said to never use his pharmacy again). I get there ten minutes later and he tells me they're closed. After asking if he was joking and that I was just told to come pick up my medication, he tells me they're not ready and to come tomorrow. Ridiculous

So rude! And completely uncalled for.I explained right at the beginning, the purpose of my call was for guidance & information due to a recent change of insurance. The change required another resource since my current pharmacy was overpriced for the only medication I need. Just after a couple of questions, the man flat out said that “it was a waste of his time.” Seriously. Who needs that? I said that I’d find another pharmacy to go to.I suggest that you GO TO UNITY Pharmacy in East Islip instead if you can. The tech there was so nice & pleasant. They answered my few questions without any hesitation.

I had such a great experience with Raan pharmacy. They were able to complete a special order within 24 hours. They took the care and time to respond to phone calls,and answer questions. I highly recommend this local pharmacy as they are efficient and knowledgeable.

Been going there for years me and my family. Didnt have cash so i used my debit card. Charlie got furious and disrespectful with me because hes losing money. So he lost a couple customers now over a 3% credit card fee. What a genius you are Charlie with cvs right across the street who would accept a debit card with a smile !!!! Guys a bad business owner. Doesnt do it the american way.

Small business, can't beat 'em. The personal touch, very accommodating. For years they delivered meds for my dad who wasn't very ambulatory. Always my first choice.
