This 7Eleven has a few items I love that other 7Elevens do NOT carry. Staff is always very nice to me, never had an issue.

If I could this place a triple zero I would very nasty with there customers service.
I will never never step foot this place, I much rather walk to the Walgreens less 1 block away or just go to the shell gas station

Prejudicial, biased 7-11, would not stop getting overcharged for store items. And when buying items food is damaged under or over cooked.

I went into the store to purchase a sandwich. Only one register was working. I paid with my corporate business card. I asked for the receipt and the cashier started giving me an attitude because the receipt printer was not working for the only register that was used to ring me up. I attempted to be courteous and explain to her that I need my receipt since it's a corporate business card for my record or else I will get in trouble. She was very rude, discriminatory and showing an attitude. Maybe she didn't like my skin color and was unwilling to help. I even asked for the sale to be refunded since I was still in the store and did not leave the store yet. She would not even do a refund for the transaction. I left the store and left the sandwich that I bought on the counter and took a picture that I left the sandwich on the counter. I will be also doing a charge-back with American Express for this transaction. I will also file a formal complaint to the Consumer Affairs department along with share my review and story with others on various review sites. This is unacceptable for an associate to treat a customer like this at this day and age. UNACCEPTABLE PERIOD.

Horrible customer service! The one that works in the morning she practically is their everyday I has a terrible attitude you can say good morning have a nice day and she won't even have the courtesy to say anything and you can say it as loud as you can and she still doesn't say anything the boss neither is a good person sad to be living in the village and having these people run this place especially the amount of taxes that we pay around here I rather go to the one in Central Islip that's farther down that has better customer service!
