Kept my same number and programmed my new phone and made it work and sync perfectly. Processed the transaction. It was a pleasure working with him because he was an expert and professional and fun. Usually buying a phone that expensive is a challenge but it went smooth. My trade in saved me $700.00 and the balance was deferred for two months. Card transactions only no cash. Go there. “I visited the location next to Skechers yesterday, to look at a Galaxy Notebook, but while there, I decided to trade in my N22 for the newest model as well. Eric was my sales agent and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Actually, Eric solved a phone messaging issue that I've been dealing with for two years, that other agents couldn't at several locations. He looked at my phone and spotted the problem immediately--within seconds!! THANK YOU Eric, and thank you for your kindness! Hopefully, you and your coworker will get a promotion. ? Ask for Eric.”

“This location, and specifically their store manager Charles, have been a wonderful help to me over the last few months with upgrading my plan during Christmas and then a bill problem I was having. Charles was knowledgeable, fixed the issue immediately, and was so kind. This is honestly the first time EVER I have not dreaded my visit to a mobile provider. “I had amazing customer service from Briasia a few weeks ago when switching from Spectrum to T-Mobile. There were several problems (no fault of hers), and she was calm, cool, and the utmost professional start to finish. A few other employees and her manager also lent a hand a different times, and they were all knowledgeable and worked well together. The whole store had a good atmosphere. At a time when customer service is hard, if not impossible, to come by, I was very impressed! It took several hours from start to finish, but Briasia made sure the job was done completely and correctly. I can't remember the last time I had that kind of customer service. Thank you, and keep up the great work!”

“so - we went to T-Mo on Jeff Rd / Marketplace Dr. They were TERRIBLE!! The salesperson couldn't be LESS interested in what we had to say (another review), so we went to the Brighton location. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! Lemme tell you. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly. They took the time to explain ALL the features of the plan and really spent time answering ALL of my questions. Their patience and understanding was second to none. I would HIGHLY recommend this store for all of your T-Mo needs. Can't say ENOUGH good things about this crew. We were there for over 2 hrs, porting phones over, and they were very patient with all of the juggling we needed to do. Love the service, with no issues. High speed data is STUPID FAST! If you're interested in going pink, come to THIS location!! They are an AUTHORIZED retailer - don't go to the other places that are jokes.”

“We have 7 lines on our plan so I am constantly in need of something. This location is super convenient! I love having somewhere to stop into in person, and Alissa has been so helpful the last two times I have been there! I opened a new line and was transferring someone else's number from Spectrum to my Verizon plan. It wasn't working at first and Alissa gave me her number when I left the store to make sure to follow up with me and see it through. She was so thorough and helped until the issue was resolved. The second time I went in, my husband's phone had just stopped working. I went in to upgrade, I was paired with Alissa again, and again, it was an amazing experience! She's top notch for customer service! I have to go in today for my daughters phone and I'm hoping she's there! Everyone in this store is really friendly both times I've been in. They all seem knowledgeable about the phones and the services.”

“My husband and I were in this store on 6-6-24 around 12:30 pm, we were greeted by Oleh he was very helpful the very first time we visited back in May and also when we returned. The entire staff was very helpful, Emi was taking care of us at first and she was wonderful the staff was awesome, Clarissa was also helpful and Steve also came over to help us as my husband was having trouble getting his phone number released and Lindsay ended up taking care of us, she was very very helpful. We were in your store for at least 3 hours and it was a long day but every one of those employees were outstanding and very knowledgeable and they all had more patience than we did. I love my new I phone 15 plus, very happy with it. Your employees deserve a raise for being so compassionate on every level. We will definitely come back to this store and recommend it to family and friends. Thank you all for being so wonderful to us.?”

I had just moved into an apartment and I had already visited 2-3 other stores with no luck to get a router or modem, but he hooked me up with them both, helped me call Spectrum to get me set up, and made sure I left without a single question. “After a very annoying 4.5 hours dealing with customer service and billing via telephone this morning, and being given the run around over an online order I placed that nobody was able to find or give me any info on, I walked into this store incredibly frustrated.It took the guys two seconds to find the order and let me know what was going on and attempt to help me. While I did not end up with the device I wanted to purchase, and am a little frustrated that the online rep gave me some bad information, the employees at the Holt Rd store were great!Edited: I have since found out that the financing issues were due to someone I spoke to on the phone voiding a payment but not my order, so my account appeared to be over my financing limit. However, with the order canceled, I should have been back UNDER my financing limit and able to make the purchase. So just a fail all the way around. I still rate the store 5 stars because they couldn't possibly know the entire rigamarole that was done to my account before I got to them.”
