The service is awful, every time I come here the employees are not professional and they are very slow. Every time I come and shop here lines always form of people waiting to be attended, they need to work on customer service and time management.

Unbelievable I was on the call with them for 18 minutes straight and no one picked up. I think that the finish line department located in the Macy’s should get their own number.

I stopped shopping at Macys about 9 months ago because I had trouble finding Men's 2x tops in Athletic and sports wear. I decide to go back yesterday. To my horror they moved the Athletic wear to a smaller section in the basement. The area was a disaster. Clothes crammed together, clothes on floor, and the no longer sell NIKE Athletic wear. I then went over to Last Act wear you can always find some good buys and that section was an Abomination. Nothing was in order. The size on hangers did not match the clothing, so you have to spend time going threw everything on the rack. The rows were close together 2 people could not pass. There were clothes on the floor. The worst were the Double Racks, I am 5'8" and could not reach the shirts on the top rack to take down. Then when you find something there is no price on it. The Bright Spot of the Day was Angela the Cashier. When I pull out my wallet, Money fell to ground That I was unaware of. She Alerted me, thanks Angela your Honesty is appreciated. I suggest you hire some Teenagers for the summer or after-school to help elevate this store to the status it once was. I actually want to give you 0 stars.

This why all macys are closing.... got to the register at 8:45 with all my items, store was closing at 9 pm the clerk was closing the register she told me she couldn't help me told me to go to the next department, then she was closing her register and told me to go downstairs with my items . Went downstairs and that women was closing her register at 8:51pm she must of been a manager because she didn't have a name tag ... I can't believe there are barely any people in these stores since most shop online and the few customers they do Have they could care less.

The customer service in the jewelry department was awful tonight. Several employees acted like they were on a break or counting money or something. They weren't very busy at all. I waited 30 minutes at the jewelry counter and not on e person came over. They wouldn't take my money! Just awful!

Shoe section in huntington Macy’s is trash, not just the finish line but the whole shoe section. Lady treated me like garbage and did not want to help but then ignored me and helped a group of people who came after me . She deserves to be fired.

This store has the rudest most miserable sales associates in the women's clothing department I have ever encountered at a retail store. I have shopped there 3 times in the past month and each and every time they have ruined my day! I don't care if they are giving the clothing away I will NEVER go back to Macy's again. My advice, shop on line and enjoy your day! Who needs the attitude and the aggravation

I wish I can give them a zero. The employees are no help at all and walk around with attitudes....Often see them hiding behind racks trying to avoid the front counter and the customer....it is due to this lack of service consumers are opting for online shopping...as their stores/ employees provide no value ..

Went there for advertised VIP sale in cosmetics area, will not return. Found certain counters unstaffed even after checking back twice, staff had to be requested from other cosmetic counters-who claimed to know absolutely nothing about products or where stock was and ultimately I was unable to purchase merchandise I had wanted, as advertised. Will not return.

Tried to wait on line but had to put my items down and leave. There were 2 registers open for clothing purchases on the whole main floor. Every associate refused to use their register and referred me to someone else. One register had a problem leaving one for the whole floor of holiday shoppers. That line was not worth waiting on.

Only reason I'm giving 5 stars is cause of Shinita who works at Macy's! I went in on July 1st and saw that Macy's had some awesome sales 25-40% off and when I got to the register the prices were not matching up. Shinita (and her coworker who's name I did not get) went above and beyond with helping us and not only that but with a huge smile on her face and such a caring attitude. If it wasn't for her this review would not be good, I hope she gets the acknowledgement she deserves.

the woman in the women's shoe dept was terrible. acted like she was annoyed that she had to check for shoe sizes and just didn't want to be there. very rude and not helpful at all.

Understand why this location has such low reviews from my own experience. Went to get a pair of Skechers sneaker, first sales person ignored me by walking passed by me. Fine. I slowly asked for help and gave him my size. Quite honestly I just need one pair shoes for my pregnancy swollen feet. He gave me the shoes and walked away. When he came back I asked if he can check my gift card balance. I was thinking if I have enough balance on that card I will take the shoes ,even though they have less choices than online and that's is not my first choice. Then the funny story happened. He told me there is $22 on the card. I put the shoes back in the box and returned to him at the register. And I told him I will think about it. Guess what he asked me.... "why? Can't afford it?" Can't believe it.I don't want embarrassed anyone at that moment and told him I do have more gift cards at home and I will be back. He gave me a look. Be honest, I was feeling treated unproperly at all as a customer. As a manager in retail for more than 8 years. This shouldn't happened. I am not saying customer always right. But you should always treat people the way you want to be treated no matter when where and how...... This one star is for Macy's manager who does call me back and listened to me. It's bad finish line is vendor in Macy's.
