Where do I start?!? Listen, friendliness goes a long way. This family owned business is simply a blessing in the community. You want professional cleaning, then hear this... professional alterations: hemming, tapering... even fashion tips... just go & you’ll see what I’m talking about. They’re not hungry for your $$, they’re just passionate about maintaining & making sure you look crisp & clean!

Absolutely not. I brought a dress to elegance to be hemmed for a wedding and came here because I saw great reviews on yelp for exactly the service I needed. I simply needed the dress hemmed 3 inches. That’s it. They charged me $70.
The dress itself was only $120 (azazie) and was not made of any special or out of the ordinary materials. I didn’t need any rush on the job either. Complete and utter rip off. This is the 8th bridesmaid dress I’ve gotten altered. I know what’s fair pricing - this is far from it.
Mario Tailor in Huntington village on Greene Street does an incredible job very quickly and is actually reasonably priced. Mario’s closes at 4pm during the week which is the only reason i didn’t go there this time and I am sorely regretting it. Never again. You’ve been warned.

This family owned and run cleaners was a great find for us. No matter when I go in there I am welcomed with a smile. I can even get alterations and same day service. Priced average and great job!!!

I was in a bind as I had received my bridesmaid's dress in late for a wedding I was in and needed it hemmed and shoulders taken up within a few days. I called several places, including the manufacturers, of the gown, and nobody was willing to help. I saw another review of Elegance Cleaners where someone was in a similar situation, and sure enough they were able to help! They got the dress done in time and it fit perfectly - they helped me deal with a very stressful situation with ease and made me feel comfortable that the work was going to get done properly and on time. Thank you!!

I am a bit new to the S Huntington area so I didn't really know which cleaners/tailors were good near me or bad. I saw a review here on Yelp that sounded so good I thought I'd just take a chance and hope all would be well. In my case I needed a couple of very expensive made in USA organic cotton tee shirts altered a bit, as the sleeves were HUGE. I didn't want to have to return these shirts as they were great, made in the USA and way above average otherwise. Long story short I was greeted by what seems to be a couple..or maybe just happens to be a man and a woman run this place. They were above average friendly. It was late in the day and this tiny cleaner was busy busy with customers coming and going. An elderly lady must have picked up about 10 items - dresses, pants etc....The man at this place was so nice he refused to let the woman carry her clothes to her car. He grabbed her clothes and brought her clothes to her car. I thought WOW, You don't see this kind of thing too often these days...people who are so nice, and seem to actually care about their customers. Book short I had the man tailor my shirts and he did an awesome job. Was so good seemed like the shirts came straight from the factory. I would highly recommend this place as far as tailoring and as far as friendliness goes. I didn't have anything dry cleaned there yet so I can't speak to that. Seeing how busy they were though, I have to think there are many satisfied customers they have as this place has been in business about 20 years I heard. Great little place!

My life savers!! I have a wedding in 2 days and they were able to take in my bridesmaids dress. They even stayed open late so I could come and show them the dress to make sure they could take it in. Beautiful work and friendly owners. No wonder they have been in business for 20 years. Thank you!!!
