My daughter recently had her vehicle at Brown Brothers Automotive for service, inspection and a full vehicle detail. Her vehicle was done faster than anticipated and looked like it came off a showroom floor. The fast friendly service and a great price you can't beat Brown Brothers Automotive. Thank you!

If I could give them no stars I would. I went in because I had done the application online and said I was approved. I got there and had the wrong proof of income. So I submitted the right ones. Waited forever because the guy went on vacation and left no one to cover his cases. ( not very professional)
Then I emailed him a bunch of times waiting to hear how much I was approved for. Only to get very derogatory emails back. If anyone would like to see I will send them.
I am a domestic abuse survivor and a single mother first time trying to buy a car and this was thee worst experience ever. Thank you Pat Wright. Horrible person. Very unprofessional and unpleasant person. (Even after his vacation)

Tried to look at a car they just got in, they said to wait till the pictures were up and comeback. (This was thursday at about 4:30pm) They came up Friday evening, called the next morning, and they said it was sold.

My son Josh suggested that I go see Larry & “Coach Seeley” at Brown Brothers! Scott Seeley greeted me when I walked in and listened to my wants and needs. He than took me out to the lot and showed me an absolutely beautiful 2017 Chevy Suburban. It was love at first sight! Larry the owner and Scott gave me a really sweet deal which I immediately accepted complete with a very good warranty! Just for the heck of it afterward, I ran a Carfax and found this vehicle was taken care of flawlessly. Thanks for going to great lengths to find really good quality cars and offering such a great, quick, comfortable and efficient sales process Gentlemen! VERY PLEASED!

Did your ex and this administration conspire to destroy your finances? Is your credit rating lower than the average cost of a gallon of gas? Have you been struggling to recover from "two weeks to flatten the curve" for the last four years? Have you faced fixing your dying gas hog and living in the dumpster at work because you don't qualify for an auto loan and also housing?
You need to go see Scott. He can get you into a reliable vehicle with a tolerable payment practically as easily as you got that 150k federal student loan for your BA in gender studies back in 2006. Except this isn't a poor decision. Of all the limited options you get at this age this is the best one. ?
My husband couldn't hope for a good deal anywhere and yet, somehow, they got him into a fantastic little Accord, and we can still- get this- afford groceries for the kids. The deal was so good I'll be back in for a Ford. But that's a story for another day.

I love Browns Brothers Auto. I tried and tried to get a vehicle for weeks and the games that I endured through it was horrible. I came into Browns also local business. Sat with Scotty and he straight up went to town to get me into a beautiful car. If it wasn't for his honesty and commitment to his customers I wouldn't be where I am now. There's been tiny little issues they took right care of me asap so to Monica and Matt. Thanks for keeping me on the road and giving me my independence back.

I've known Larry Brown, owner and Matt, service manager for years. They are always friendly, honest, caring and accommodating whenever I contact them. They always make you feel like you are part of their family.
