You can definitely tell there is new ownership. I have been coming here for years and only did so out of necessity. As daunting as laundry services can be, this is by far the best. They make this less of a chore and more of an experience. Great customer service.

I sent a request for laundry service for pick. This store is literally less than 5 mins in driving time from my residence. I have yet to receive a response. I just move to this neighborhood . Great welcome I see. I don't do messy irresponsible business. If pick up or drop off service is not available they need to state so. I will not be doing business with them.

Racist. Overheard several racist comments including lying to a customer about their delivery range because it was a black part of town.
