Christina is FANTASTIC!! Great experience as a buyer and now as a seller. As a customer I found Long Island Treasures to be very professional, pleasant and accommodating. Auction listings were detailed and accurate. I encountered a friendly, swift pick up on the goods I won. Additionally I called Christina recently when an estate sale was needed for my mother-in-law’s condo . It was no surprise the auction from beginning to end was flawless. They even negotiated and sold items in a closet I forgot to show them to include in the catalog the day of the pickup. As expected , much of the old heavy furniture was not bid on or wanted for free during the pickup. So LI Treasures cleared it all out within a week. Just like my buying experience, the selling experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for whatever needs you have.

I do not know how this place stays in business. I placed a bid on an item in August, won the item. It was $6. I could not make it to the day to retrieve the item. I texted Christina she said, no problem they will mail it out to me. She would get back to me when the item was ready to ship. About a month later so texted me the information. Told me it would be $10 to ship this small item. I questioned the cost. And she pretty much stated, that’s the cost. And gave me her Venmo. I then venmoed her the $10 for shipping. One month later I told her I have not she still received my item. She told me she didn’t receive my Venmo so I texted her a screen shot. She apologized and told me the time would be shipped. This is now November. I texted her two days ago and she told me the item was shipped out. I said I never received it. She didnt want to give me tracking information. Gave me an excuse why she couldn’t. This was beyond frustrating. So I just told her to forget about it. And I would be leaving this review for her. She still didn’t care about getting me the item I paid for in August. She just told me to have a nice day. Like what?!? Great customer service! (Said no one ever about this girl) my advice is to not trust this company for delivery of items or honesty of any kind.

I’ve been online shopping with this place for about a year and I’m addicted! The quality of items are great and affordable prices. Dealing with Bengals I’m always looking for new items for the BIG Cats to play on and with. If you haven’t shopped here yet you are missing out. Highly recommend them!

Nastiest, foul mouthed person I ever met. Forcibly took back items I paid for and were next to my car because I questioned 1 of 21 items which was damaged and they could not find the key to open the car top cargo unit which was damaged, unlike the auction photos. I called cops because of their aggressive behavior and their forcibly taking back all the items I bought because I refused to sign for the damaged cargo unit. I was smart enough to take a video of their “professional “ behavior and phone numbers of witnesses. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE . I am not the only one that had issues.
