“I found this shop while looking for a tow company to take my car to the dealership - I went with them for the price. The gentleman who came and picked up my car was prompt, courteous and very nice.Soon after that tow my car needed repairs - I had no idea what it needed - I came to them with a list of things that I "heard, felt and at some point probably imagined!" They took my car in and found two things. They could have, at that point told me that I had to fix both (other places I have been to would have said they couldn't diagnose the one without fixing the other). I was worried and would have fixed both of them. But instead they told me the TRUTH - take care of one job at a time and let's see what happens - if the car runs right w/the simple fix we can then fix the other thing - if the car doesn't then I could look into a big fix or a new car :-(They nailed the problem with a simple fix and the second problem was simple also and that was taken care of. I left their office feeling great. Feeling like they actually cared.Recently I had another repair needed, yes I am trying to avoid a new car;-) I thought it was going to cost more money than I could put into the car-I thought an exhaust system, I was counting my pennies, getting ready to break the bank. I dropped the car off, they got to it quickly and efficiently. They called me and told me it was another inexpensive fix to the exhaust system instead of a new system. Again, honesty.This shop is filled with honest and caring people! I have dealt with many auto mechanics and repair shops over the years and I have NEVER walked away from them feeling like they were sincerely taking care of the customer.Citywide Automotive has never treated me as if I didn't know what I was talking about because I am a woman. Each mechanic and the owner listen and are above and beyond honest, sincere and caring. Janette and her customer service, is so outgoing and friendly and always goes above and beyond to make you feel you have got your car at the right place!Thank you Citywide!”

“Excellent service. A friend from out of town ran over a big rock in our driveway and had a fluid leak as a result. Advanced Automotive saw her immediately with no appointment, diagnosed the problem (broken wiper fluid container) and told her exactly what to ask her local mechanic to do to fix it when she gets home in a few days. All for no charge! Outstanding!”
“I had blown a rod through my block 4 years ago....Eric had done my head and valves prior and was impressed with him then. I brought Eric a rebuilt Lotus 907 engine I located (done 10 yrs ago) and had it refreshed and checked. Finished install and it started on first crank (after priming engine).....amazing work! My 1974 Jensen Healey is under it's own power for the first time in 4 years - Thank you Eric!!”
“Honestly this guy is rare . Knows his stuff. And is definitely my new Mehcanic for now on. Rare because I was on the side of the road and he helped me out which many just drove by. He told me a lot about my car . Not a lot of people would take there time out to do so. He is just awesome. And he said things that he knew I mess up myself in my car by just his eyes. That was crazy. 5 stars all the way!!!!”
“Brought my car in because it was making a rattling sound. They diagnosed and fixed the same day, great service! My husband also had his truck transmission done here a couple years ago, 2 years on and it’s still running great! They also charged 25% less than the first mechanic he brought it to. Would definitely recommend for general repairs and transmission service.”

“I brought my jeep here for fluid changes and brakes. Renzo and his employee did such a fabulous job on my jeep. The dealership gave me an estimate for 2200 dollars for changing 3 different fluids. I had my serpentine belt changed. Radiator flush. 4 wheel transfer case. Differential case changed. Front brakes and rotors for less than half the estimate given to me by the dealership. My jeep feels like I just drove it out of the dealership. I strongly recommend this place for everyone to have their vehicles serviced.”

“Really sad to hear that after 39 years Import Motors closed. My family has been going there since before I was born and I have always felt that John was like an uncle to me and my siblings. I have been in touch with him on a regular basis and he is currently in the process of looking for a new shop in the Putnam county area. If anyone hears about any shops becoming available give him a call as he is answering the shop phone (he had it moved to his house). The building that he was in was sold, and he was only given 8 weeks of notice. I really hope he is able to find something as he has been the only person I trust with any of my cars.”
