Best experience here today and the last time i was here. Danielle at Hicksville goes out of her way to make sure your experience is positive and she tries her best to get the product to you and what you need as quickly as possible. We had to call another store to possibly pick something up. No one answered and then when they finally answered, they refused to even try to get the item That I needed. Danielle worked to make it right for me and I appreciate her time and her patience.

Best Customer service! As an architect we constantly purchase from Ferguson for our projects. For many years we have worked with Feddy Kemraj. He is very professional and prompt with our projects needs. He always gives us the best service, advice on products and provide us with clear communication with deliveries. Very happy with our professional partnership with Ferguson/ Feddy K. and looking forward for many more successful projects on the years to come.

The service I received from this store was horrible. At first I sat with Danielle and she seemed to be great. She was knowledgeable, patient and supportive and helped me. My house burned down and was being rebuilt so I had an entire house to do. Plumbing, bathrooms, kitchens, the works. I was spending a ton of money here. The execution from then on was horrible. The manager Chris had to get involved and that even went badly. They had to have Uber drivers deliver new parts to the site because wrong plumbing materials were delivered twice holding up my entire project. He continuously said (and I have the text messages and emails to prove it) "I will make this right at the end for you and reimburse you appropriately for all of your trouble with this project. He constantly apologized for the frustrations and inconveniences caused by all of the shipments/parts errors that were delivered incorrectly. Danielle dropped the ball, put in the order incorrectly, and did not follow through or return calls in a timely manner. I cannot begin to tell you what a nightmare this was and how hard the made the installation of my kitchen and bathrooms for my general contractor. This cost everyone involved so much of their time and money because we had to have tradesmen come back several times because they had to wait for the correct parts to be delivered. I will never use Ferguson again. I would rather go to a small shop that prides themselves in customer service and accuracy. DISASTER.

I had a wonderful experience at the Ferguson in Hicksville! I dealt with Carlos Rebaza and he was VERY knowledgeable and helpful! Answered all my questions and even helped me out via multiple emails after our in store consultation. Highly recommend!

Carlos was super helpful helping my family and I agree on a light for our dining room and sticking within the budget. He examined our photos we bought in and suggested a few to chose from. Would highly recommend speaking with him!

This review is for Danielle. My husband and I came in without an appointment (we didn’t think we needed one) looking for a toilet. Danielle was sitting at her desk doing work and we asked her a bunch of questions. She stopped what she was doing and assisted us in all our questions and helped us make a good decision. She also helped us with cabinet handles, which we will get at a later date. Throughout it all, she was so very nice and patient. This was our first time in this store and we will definitely be coming back and asking for Danielle. She is amazing!!! Thank you Danielle for making this such a great shopping experience!!!!
