These are my go-to people when I need real work done at the Herkimer location! ?? If they’re too busy then I go to Mavis. I always go to Wal*Mart for my oil changes though cheapest for full Synthetic and my car is at 250,991 miles now! She’s a keeper.

Fantastic service! I got a flat tire on the Thruway and went to Monro to either fix or replace. They fixed my tire very quickly and I was on way to my destination! They were so polite and helpful!! Thank you !!!!

Absolutely outstanding service! Halfway through a 10-hour emergency road trip, we picked up a bolt in one of our tires. A quick Google search led us to Monro Tire. We arrived at the service center an hour before closing, and the technician promptly hoisted the car and repaired the tire. Amazingly, we were back on the road within 30 minutes. When we asked about the cost, we were told there was no charge. Exceptional service and kindness—highly recommended!

My wife took her car in to get oil changed. Couple days later she thought she smelled gas. Took it to another Monroe. Turns out herkimer did not put the oil cap on and there was oil everywhere. I called herkimer several times trying to talk to the manager, Reuben.. despite several calls he never called back to rectify the situation. By far the worst experience we've had at a garage. Do not go to herkimer Monroe. Maybe don't go to any Monroe. If I could've given zero stars I would have
