Went to grab some pizzas from there tonight. They are usually pretty good but tonight they were nasty. Three of them were so greasy it was dripping off. My boys saw the apple desert pizza and wanted some. I got them each a piece and when they got home and started to eat it the dough was still raw!!!!!!!! Don't recommend it at all

Four workers standing behind the counter and I had to ask which register was open. The pizza looked like someone pulled it out of the dumpster. Absolutely disgusting! Six old crusty pizzas is not the way to make sales! Unreal!

Tried ordering a pizza thru door dash at 11p and they claim it was out of stock. But I know that they don't take long to make. They were being lazy. This store has gone downhill in the past 6months!

All other Fastrac/ Cumberland Farms locations are doing a free coffee or fountain drink promotion at the moment. When not using the promotion, coffee's of all sizes are 99 cents. Not at this location. At this location, they don't have any promotion on drinks at all. Thats would be alright with me and I wouldn't mind paying 99 cents if they didn't only stock small and medium cups to save money.When I feel like I'm being scammed, I walk away and never give the scammers business again. So, goodbye Herkimer Fastrac!

Total False Advertising! The sign, AND the pump says the Smartpay price is $3.25, but when I actually pumped my gas, I was charged $3.35!

Every time I go here it is clean. I recently got a pizza from there and honestly it may be better than some pizza places'! I went on and on about how good it was the whole time I was eating it. I'm pretty sure I annoyed my family ? But for real the cheese/sauce/crust ratio is spot on, it's really good crust- not weird cardboardy stuff, it's good cheese, the sauce tastes good, and the pepperoni isn't too thick or too thin. I know it sounds weird liking gas station pizza that much but really I think it is that good.

Absolutely worst service at any local gas station. Mainly the cashier by the name of Steph. Horrible attitude anytime she cashes anyone out and always has unprofessional remarks. Multiple times I've gone there and anytime she cashes me out I get rude remarks that are highly unnecessary.

Herkimer location must have no management at all. I was at the location 1/29/23 at 530 to pick up 2 pizzas I had ordered online at 4:50 pm. When I arrived at 5:30 the pizzas were not done. Clerk said they don’t have a tablet in store to accept online orders? So? This falls on customers somehow ? So I ask how long for 2 pizzas, was told 15-20 mins. So I said please make them , and told clerk I would be back at around 6 to get them. I arrive at 6:08 to get those pizzas and there were 3 staff in the store , yet no pizza being made. So again , after asking for A 3rd time to have them made, I then stood in store and listened to all 3 staff talking about how the management does nothing there and never available to help? 2 of them saying the next time they were put on a weekend they were gonna quit. I filed a complaint on the app used to pay and buy the pizzas that took over an hour and a half and 3 trips to Herkimer Fastrac. Only to get them home and have to continue to cook them for another 10-mins because they were still raw underneath. Someone from the store needs to reach out and resolve this matter asap.

Brandy the amazing kind hearted soul behind the counter went well and way beyond her duties as an employee. I sent a detailed description of what happened today to fastrac of what occurred. All I’m going to say is I will only do business with fastrac from now on!! God bless her!

Its 530 AM and i ordered a pizza at 5.. its partially uncooked and soggy and i asked them to cook it for another 2 mins.. they responded with a "well it was cooked twice already.. and since it left the building we cant"But i asked nicely! They didnt even offer to remake it!!
