I came here to replace my rear windshield they first installed a faulty glass and i had to come which i understood and didn't say anything about. I came again and they made the same mistake again. I still didn't say anything else and i told them please make sure this doesn't happen again and i stayed patient and now i came again today the third time and they installed my glass on someone elses car. This will now be my third 4th trip to this location to get my read windshield fixed which is what their whole company is about. I asked to speak with the manager (andrew) and they told me they wouldnt be able to do that and that im not allowed to speak with him. So i called the customer service number and still no one helped. The location manager gave me attitude but then did apologize and said she would try to help me. I asked for a refund and they said they are not sure if they could do that. I have spent almost 500 dollars on this and missing work days because of this is costing me more money. This is absolutely insane and extremely unprofessional and i hope they are able to rectify this situation.
Update: i got a full refund and they’re going to fix the glass for me. The manager tracy was cooperative its just something unfortunate that happened but im glad they were able to fix this whole situation.

One of the worst customer services experiences. Had a backglass replaced 2 times because of factory defects and had the third glass installed on a different customers car prior to showing up to appointment. Workers failed to check the glass for defects causing me to lose much valuable time and money rescheduling appointments. Management is not up to standards here would strongly advise not to go.

Very pleased! Needed cracked windshield replaced and calibration of camera behind windshield. I filled out everything online(easy). Received good instructions on how to proceed with email and text reminders. Dropped off and received email/texts it was done in about an hour or so! The Installation Tech, and Edwin were nice enough to drop my car back with me saving me a trip! Wow! What service! Very nice and professional! Wish all businesses ran this way and had such nice professional employees! Thank you!? ????

First they installed the wrong windshield. Then the earliest they could co.e back out was in a week. Then after waiting all Saturday afternoon they just didn't show up even after I got a confirmation email the day before. Then when I called "Executive Services" they were closed. Then when I went to their website I found my appointment had been canceled with no call, email or text.

Replacement and Calibration took exactly 1.5 hours (Rogue 2021). The waiting room is Ok, and they have free coffee. The staff is friendly.
