The care I received was excellent. My only criticism is the wait to see a doctor. This facility opens in the morning at 8:00 AM. I arrived at 8:00 AM and had to wait 25 minutes to see a physician because the physician did not arrive on the premises unt 8:20 AM.Why open at 8:00 AM only to make patients wait over 20 minutes for medical care?

I've been coming here for years. It's quick and efficient. The staff are friendly and have great bedside manner, which is sometimes so lacking in this field. They stood strong through covid and I cannot appreciate these folks more. So if you're ever a patient there, just say thank you.

Perfect experience. From scheduling an appointment online, to the receptionist and then the nurse and PA. Made it very easy. Will definitely be my first choice next time something comes up.

This was the first time I went to Excel and it was best urgent care I have been to. The entire experience, from online check in to the in-person check in, to being seen by the med assistant and doctor was flawless and fast. Staff was very nice and I will definitely choose this center in the future if needed.
