The one word I want to use about these people is "honesty." They were all very helpful with my car's issue, they told me the absolute truth and showed me what they were talking about. I left there more educated about my car. They really do--pun more or less intended--go the extra mile

I’ve been going to the garage for years and lately the staff has been so rude and unaccommodating. Staff member told me to go to another shop with my vehicle because I told him I needed to wait for it since it has the car seats for my children. Won’t be returning.

Very good service, they have great tech,they know what they are doing.if you have a lifted truck or jeep I recommend this place. They do and amazing job with alignments on lifted vehicles etc.

I came in because my tire pressure light came on but my tire pressure reading on all tires was normal. I was told that the pressure valve stem was snapped so I needed a new sensor. They replaced it and sent me on my way. The tire light never went off even after I reset it. Called them back, they told me to come in a few days later. I get there, and they tell me that the sensor was faulty and that I need to come back another day. Keep in mind that I am not local to Hampton bays so this was very inconvenient. I come back for a third time. They tell me they simply reset the sensor and that it is no longer on the dashboard.I pick the car up and drive it several miles and the light comes back on. They charged me $130 for this & made me come in 3 times all for NOTHING.I take the car to Mavis Tires who informed me that there was a slow leak because the rim was slightly bent. They also stated that the sensor did not appear to be recently replaced.Hampton Garage ripped me off and wasted my time.Services: Tires

I love The Garage and have been their customer for many years. I now live 40 minutes away and refuse to go anywhere else. I recommend them to my family, friends and coworkers. Everyone that works there is wonderful and so helpful. They are so accommodating and do everything they can to fit you in ASAP. The mechanics are so knowledgeable and always do a great job. I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you for all the years of taking care of my cars!

Super nice place. I've been going there for many years and have always gotten excellent service at a fair price. Of course they're busy as everyone is so you may have to wait a little longer but they have a great staff and work very hard to please their customers
