My wife went for sand to add weight as she does each year for winter driving . She stopped in after calling ahead to ask if someone could assist in loading the 2 50lb bags she was going to get. They did assist in getting them to her car. However before she could get back to the trunk from moving 2 items to her passenger area the person dropped both in the center of a very small trunk, making her trunk unusable. The person who helped walked quickly back into the store . So proffesionally dressed she has to try and move both bags of sand to make room and also finds the bags opened when dropped in and now has a fair amount of sand in the carpet. Thanks for the great service !!! Now we will have to remove the sand bags to get a detail company to remove the sand in the carpet and re bag and put the sand in again properly distributed. So coat and clothes covered in salt from moving the sand side to side will need dry cleaning ... plus the detail . Priceless . Thanks Valu made another unhappy client.

This location in Hamburg is clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff found an old flyer that had the item I was looking for that I previously seen and found it in the store for me as well. They were polite and no waiting in lines to check out. They have a great selection and prices are reasonable especially when they have sales.
