If I'm in the area I'll come to this hardware store because they have a lot of items that you can't find at the other hardware store in Hamburg , like a larger selection of fasteners and other things a serious DIYer might use. It's one of the last remaining old school hardware stores that can still compete against the big chain hardware franchises.

Service is a joke here one salesperson says yes and puts his hand on the product and gives a price yesterday and today salespeople standing around not want to help says nope we don't have that size then percents to tell 2 other customers they can't help them either what a joke

The established contractors are making dust settle in Walmarts "tool" selection section , I'll dump all my money in here any day over Home Depot or Lowe's as well. These people don't need orange Aprons. Or blue.
