The customer service in the Service a department was absolutely amazing! Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had was with them . They truly value their customers and it shows . Almost 34 years ago we had a horrendous experience at a new car dealership and we haven’t purchased a car from a dealer until now. Matt at MAG Chevrolet is such a personable, helpful , low pressure salesman, he made our buying experience every thing it should be. He went above and beyond after hours to answer our questions and made sure we got the deal we wanted, spent as much time as we needed explaining all our new features and made sure we were happy with our purchase. Had brakes done, squealed since day 1.
They put tires on, heavy vibration and road noise since day 1
Recently found out truck was missing counterbalance weights were missing when tires were put back on. Never replaced, heavy vibration…. Overall terrible service, terrible attention to detail ..
Another local Chevy dealer who is mediocre at best …….. do better

Comfortable seating, clean environment, music, snack machines. Explained to me what needed to be done and the cost before any work was done. Kept me apprised of how long it was going to be and where they were in the process.
