I needed a caliper for my car, and I was able to find one there at Volo's. The big box stores wanted $114 for one, while Volo's Napa had one for $103, and on top of that, I was able to get another $20 off by ordering it online. I called the store to make sure they had the part in stock and it was the correct one for my car, and Beth assured me it was. I sarcastically asked if they delivered, because I was in a bind with my car on jack stands needing a caliper. Beth said that their driver was actually getting ready to deliver parts to a garage next to where I live and she would have him drop it off! I could not believe that they would go above and beyond like this. When the driver showed up at my house with the part I was overwhelmed with a sense of extreme gratitude. I know it's not something they do everyday, but this just goes to show how amazing their customer service is! A local business that actually cares for their customers. From now on I will be using Volo's NAPA in Greene. Huge shout out to Beth and her team! Thank you just isn't enough!

When you have a customer in front of you that your waiting on …..you don’t hold up your finger and tell them to wait to answer the phone .. phone can call back … it’s very rude to the customer in front of you .

Had some bad car troubles while passing through greene and I headed over to NAPA to see if they had any suggestions on how to go about fixing my car to continue driving. Aaron was very kind to check my car out and give me some suggestions in the area on how to go about fixing it! Great staff, very helpful!

Aaron was so helpful and kind to my daughter. She stopped there (3 hours from home) with a car problem. He told her what was wrong and helped her find somewhere to get it fixed so she could finish her drive home!

I stopped for a piece of hose for my power steering on my vehicle, and brought the broken piece with me. I had to argue with the guy at the counter because he kept telling me the piece I brought was the wrong diameter for my car. Not very smart to be working for NAPA.

Here's current update, not what it used to be, all the old friendly, knowledgeable faces are gone. Bought some items on line, they wouldn't help with a warranty and core return, even though it states you can go to ANY LOCAL store for help, they can't be bothered. I went to Tractor Supply to get some tools, since they seemed unwilling to help me.Shopped there over 20 yrs, my local garage buys all their parts from them as well. Not anymore.....FYI, dont waste your money on the Ecilpse brake caliper's they have a wonderful limited lifetime warranty, but you will replace them in about a year, along with another set on pads. Look I bought 8 caliphers in the past 1 1/2 yrs, for 2 vehicles, I know what I'm talking about........Update: after contacting Napa corporate, I was able to get my core and warranty replacement. Thank you Dan.Also, good news, looks like Chris was just on vacation that week, so at least there's still an old friend face still there..My option on those caliper's haven't changed, junk..

PROPANE PRICE GOUGING !!! 20 lb tank 25$, 100 lb tank 125$..... local rental shop and farm store are 17 $ and 78$ ( all prices i stated are rounded up to the nearest dollar). Always have bought my parts there, but because of this, ill shop elsewhere.inflation is bad enough without worrying about getting ripped off
