9/16/2024. Want to give a shout out to Dominic in the Greece store. He was patient kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable of your products. We purchased a beautiful sectional that we can’t wait for to arrive. Lately when you walk into a retail establishment, you can barely find anybody to help you. I had a great customer service experience at the Greece, NY store. I had an issue with a warranty claim. I worked with Garon and Adam who made things right. I was thinking good customer service was a thing of the past. These fellas have restored my faith. I will be doing business here again.
