THERE IS NO RATING BECAUSE NO STARS SHOULD BE SHOWN! 0 RATING! but fine I have to click one lol. I was an avid customer of Haus of Tova until they did the unthinkable on the day of my engagement party. If it happened to me ( who has modeled for them for free, spending $85 everytime I had a photo shoot or television appearance, and spent money on overpriced clothing for 2 years) IT WILL FOR SURE HAPPEN TO YOU! The day of my engagement party I reached out to Crystal Benaim in order to confirm, which you would think they would be on top of. Once she totally forgot we had an appointment. Thankfully she was walking her dog around aimlessly and was able to do it ... She told me her "credit card machine was broken", which I still don't believe to this day because I found out it was used. Crystal asked for cash, which I responded kindly offering my credit card information so she could charge it when it was working. I didn't have cash on me because I was picking up all my last minute goodies for the party. She wrote back "Since you won't do me this favor, I will not do you any favors so I am now charging you $100". The nerve of this a******* MONEY HUNGRY OWNERS WHO DON'T DESERVE A DIME MORE. I told her we were done and so is the rest of this town. When people found out about what happened I was told horror stories they had of their own. By the way, their credit card machine "not working" shouldn't have been a threat to give cash, instead if they had professionalism and not spoiled brats they would have been accommodating. One of my most favorite shops. The clothes and accessories are always appealing, and updated often. The sisters that work here are really sweet and pick up on the pieces you would like if you shop there frequently. Very generous sales on full price pieces at least once a month.
