Literally only CVS in the world where they won’t give you an emergency fill of one pill. I use CVS if I need an emergency fill it’s obvious I’m not at my home location. Pharmacist continued to deny me the service even after I told them I have done this at other CVSs in the past without issue. Denied like I was asking for opiates or something. Amlodipine isn’t going to endanger anyone’s life or be sold on the black market. Thanks for helping my blood pressure to stay high CVS you guys are amazing!

My experience shopping was fine—except for the over-inflated prices on the merchandise and the lack of stock on what I wanted.However, checkout staff member was fabulous.
My experience at the pharmacy was terrible— rude staff member, Rx not ready in spite of receiving notification of completed order by phone, attempted huge overcharge due to lack of care or lack of knowledge by staff member. Thank goodness the knowledgeable pharmacist was there to intervene.
NOT THE CVS I USED TO KNOW AND LOVE. NOW I ONLY SHOP AT CVS WHEN I HAVE TO PICK UP A PRESCRIPTION.

Store has improved a lot but poor experience. Wanted a specific razor blade. Clerk said out of stock, come on a few days. So I went back 6 days later. No luck. Idiotic. This couldn't happen in Singapore! Fortunately another CVS had the blades. Understand stores only get restocked weekly. Ridiculous. One store could ask another to send supplies in the interim.

I am appalled by the way I was treated at this CVS, I was hoping to walk in and ask an employee to direct me to the direction of the hair care aisle, sadly that is not what happened. I came and I asked one of the workers there ( Zack ) if he could point me to the direction of the hair care section, he reluctantly helped me and rushed me when I would ask questions about certain products. It was my first time and my last time going here because of Zack, he was rude and impolite, cvs pretty much hires anybody, they really need to get there priorities straight when it comes to hire employees with good customer service. Cvs really needs to rethink their hiring choices / hiring process.

Made an appointment for my 2 kids to take the covid shots on Sunday. Arrived but was told shots are not availabe. I asked them if so, whey did the system allowed me to make the appointment? They said it ran out in the middle of the week. Then I asked them why no text message or call to cancel? They can't answer that they said "sorry". They won't even help rescheduling it and just ask me to call other stores to see if they can "squeeze me in". I bet they gave them out to anyone who came in without appointment and ran out of them. So frustrating!!!

Management: You're cheaping out and understaffing. It's clear as day your team is high strung and under too much pressure: they're curt and run around like headless chickens. Also, maybe if you didn't lock everything up they wouldn't be stretched so thin, having to stop what they're doing to unlock stuff every 2 minutes

The store is a little hard to navigate and prices are expensive. You're much better off ordering online and pickup at the store. The pricing is much better that way and you don't have to waste time finding your items.

Worst location ever. Took passport photo went all the way to the my appointment only to get rejected because the picture didn't qualify due to the lighting. Wasted my time and passport appt!!' Went back to CVS to get a refund took a look at the comp turns out the picture didn't even pass the qualifications yet the employee still printed and sold it to me and sent me on my way. I was LIVID extremely frustrating employees are rude the pharmacists are rude I will be boycotting this location. Absolutely the worst CVS!!!!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. one person tells you they have the medication in stock and are preparing it, and the next person you speak to when you go to pick it up has no idea the prescription is even in the computer, and then first has to order it from elsewhere (which could take anywhere from 1 day to 1 week). twice in the past month, i had to call another pharmacy and have the prescription transferred over in order to finally get my meds. they give no instructions when you pick up your meds, even if something needs special attention like refrigeration, and if there is another add on that you need for administering, they do not tell you. they also hardly ever answer the phone when you call. there is no coordination and no thought put into what they are doing. also they give little to no help on what insurance will cover. definitely go somewhere else.

Don't waste your time. Never came across less helpful people. Every single time they have problems with prescriptions, insurances, not being able to get something done and they never know to tell you why. Nothing they say makes sense. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

There is no nice way to put this, but the staff in the front register are completely inept. I was next on line waiting to purchase a KitKat, and would be there for 30 more minutes because for some inextricable reason, the 3 cashiers would not clear up. I politely asked what was taking so long, and was waved away by a woman. I decided to go to the back of the store, where the pharmacy is, and paid there; the people working in the pharmacy were marginally more attentive to customers than in the first part of the store (this is the only reason why I decided to give even 1 star). This is by far the worst store to go to if you want to buy something quickly; like really: waiting on line to go to space mountain in Disney World takes quicker. The only bright side to my sojourn here was that the KitKat was tasty :)
