Good service. Friendly counter people. If something isn't 100% right, they'll tell you and clean again. Good service for decades. Also has tailoring, shoe repair.

I dropped off 4 dress shirts and had to come on 4 separate occasions to pick them up because the first time it was not ready (even though it should have been ready the day before) and the second and third time because there were stains on my shirt, some of which that were not originally there, and those that were there (simply stains) were not gone. Excuses were repeatedly made (was even told the new stains were mine) and responsibility was not taken. I will not be coming after this experience.

They cleaned my shoes but were annoying with payment. They said they don’t take card and only take cash (I saw a tap-to-pay credit card pad right next to the guy). I said I only had $40 in cash and don’t have the total $70 in cash for the cleaning but can pay in card. Suddenly, they’re able to take card and he says “pay $40 cash and $30 credit card?”Mildly annoying experience

Gave Javier a dress for dry cleaning. It was returned with black oil stains. He claimed it can be removed. It’s been six months and multiple calls. There is no dress in sight.

Coming from Italy, I am used to a decent level cleaners. This is not the norm here in New York unfortunately as I witnessed inferior quality work with destroyed buttons etc. Alpian is a great exception because they always do a good job.Services: Delivery

The store damaged my clothes in cleaning. The cashier named "Hosey" explained that they washed hundreds of clothes together and one or two damaged was inevitable. He promised to repaire the clothes for me, but kept putting off to fix it with all kinds of excuses. After one month and many visits, he finally told me that the clothes couldn't be fixed. This is a store with no credibility. I won't use it again. The only good thing about it is he offers 10% discount if you would pay him in cash.Service: Alterations

Great cleaning place. I got a turmeric stain in my white jeans that nothing I tried at home would work. I even bleached it. Still a stain. They were my favorite white jeans. I took it to alpian and boom. Cleanest I've seen the jeans since the day I bought them. Definitely will be back

They ruined my leather jacket. They didn't get any of the stains out and took an entire layer off my 400 dollar jacket. I would never ever recommend anyone fo there.
