I received my delivery of wheatgrass today and I am very pleased. I knew right away that the wheatgrass was good quality (I use to grow it a while back). The wheatgrass trays were full and deep green.
Also, Max who delivered my order, was very friendly and professional and arrived as promised.
I highly recommend Perfect Foods to anyone wanting good quality wheatgrass delivered to their door.

…. This was my first time ever going raw vegan so it was an impressive accomplishment for me because I didn’t think I could do it. I think the biggest surprise was I survived a week without coffee. The only side effect was feeling a little tired but no headaches. Awesome experience and I learned so much! I plan on continuing with the daily wheatgrass and growing my own sprouts ? Having been gifted a few shots of frozen wheatgrass juice in 1994, I quickly realized that what was placed in my hands was a gift from God! As a “nonpracticing vegetarian “, this was exactly what I needed upon my return to Orange County. I purchase frozen wheatgrass shots from Perfect Foods, over 2 years now. It has been a game changer for my health, my skin, my gray hair! Yes it reverses it! At least for me it does. There are so many benefits, especially since I don’t cook regularly nor do I get enough vegetables daily. It provides me with what I need and then some. The delivery is amazing. If I’m not home, I’ll leave a cooler with ice or they won’t deliver it because they want to preserve the integrity of their product and I applaud that. Just get it and give it a try!

I believe in supporting local businesses, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. The first time, I visited without calling ahead and made a purchase, which went fine. However, on my second visit, I called in advance, and the person on the phone was quite rude and seemed annoyed. Due to this, I have decided not to return. It might be beneficial for them to improve their customer service by either training their staff or hiring someone who can handle customers more effectively and with respect.

I started to take wheat grass because I am anemic. I am not sure yet how that has changed as I am not due for blood work yet. I will tell you what I have noticed since I started taking Wheat Grass and I know everyone is different. So your bodies response may not be the same. But for me. I have more energy. I don’t need coffee in the morning. I get my pick me up from wheat grass. I am not tired at 2:00 in the afternoon anymore. I am sweating like crazy. This is new to me. I never sweat before. I am not using deodorant. I don’t stink. No body odor. I thought how can this be. But it’s amazing. I hated using deodorant because I would get irritation from it. I am not snacking on garbage. I think it’s fulfilling a need that I was giving my body before so I have no cravings. I started with the 10 day challenge. And it is now a must for me. I take two shots a day. Wheat Grass is a twice daily stable for me now. I did notice an increase in energy my sugar cravings are almost nonexistent. I can go weeks without wanting anything with sugar. Since I started juicing, I cut out alcohol and coffee. My menstrual cycles are easy. I no longer have cramps. I still have a heavy cycle but I don’t get a headache for a whole day the first day of my menstrual cycle anymore. I have so much more energy and S I want something to eat. I grab a juice and I am content.

Terrible management skills and workplace etiquette. Managers make sly and disrespectful remarks and comments to their staff when minutely inconvenienced. Rather go buy from a company that respects their workers! You should too!

Win or lose this review I’m a winner. The wheatgrass taste much better than I expected and feel relaxed after taking 2 shots in morning and sometimes 2 in the afternoon. The customer service help with Rebecca and Aaron are excellent in which they explain what is best for you to take and when to take wheatgrass shots. I’ve been telling friends and they are looking to purchase the product themselves.
