My previous vet in Cross River put my pet through unnecessary exams and inconvenienced us with irregular hours. Despite their posted schedule, I arrived on three separate occasions only to find the clinic closed and locked. Moreover, they showed disrespect towards my easygoing, elderly father. But since discovering Goldens Bridge Veterinary Care Center (GBVCC), those issues are now history. In stark contrast, Dr. Immerblum and his team at GBVCC prioritize animal well-being and are mindful of costs. They went above and beyond to obtain my dog's records from previous providers and ensured our comfort throughout the transition. During our initial visit, Dr. Immerblum dedicated more than an hour to getting to know my dog and answering my questions. Unlike my previous experience, GBVCC is reliably open during regular business hours, with staff available until midnight and even later for emergencies. The difference is remarkable. Their recommendation from a neighbor was spot-on, and I'm incredibly grateful for it. I can't express enough how wonderful they've been.

Dr Steve and Betty, as well as all the staff, espically Lisa, ,Holly and Janet are the only people I just hand my dog over to and have no worries whatsoever. This is the only place I will bring for any surgery, board my dog or daycare for the day, no lie if I plan to go away somewhere and they werent ever not able to take him.....which has never happened, id cancel whatever plans i had, literally the ONLY hospital I will bring my dog, he had bone cancer in 2016 and a diffrent doctor said he may only have 6-12 months to live, brough him to Dr.Steve and staff they wasted no time and we decided to do amputated on rear leg, which he had not 1 issue during his recovery, then we gave him few doses of iv chemo and now in 2024, 8 years later he's still going strong at age 14 with 3 legs. Vet medicine is Dr.Steves life not just a job to him, after working all day he is researching and staying up to date on new information and treatments. They have gone more than above and beyond for their me and my dog, unlike many other doctors. He has taken time out if his life and spoken to me after hours with Any questions I've had on his personal phone and most importantly their prices are more than fair and reasonable and they are upfront of costs so no supprises, he describeds everything he recommends in detail so i understand what's being done for my dogs treatment and why, the only vet i know of that isn't like a conveyor belt rushing people in and out, because they really care about the animals and clients. I've seen first hand how all the staff treats the animals like their own with love and confort, my dog still screams in happiness when showing becauae he loves everyone there, im extreamiky picky who I trust to touch or care for my dog and I'd trust everyone their with my dogs life, without any concern. Can't say enough good things about Dr Steve, Lisa and Dr Betty and all the staff there i could go on for days. They are the best vet clinic ive experienced ever, they saved My dog life, as well as the surgeon they use Dr.Dillion who is just as great and assisted dr.steve and they did amazing with my dogs amputation. He had 0 complications that I can think of after this major surgery. Most accommodating honest people. Everyone should go here, they offer many services.......I even work at a diffrent animal hospital and still will only let goldens bridge vet treat my dog. Can't think of anything negative about them I love them all so much for how well they treated and saved my dog from cancer, on top of that with my dogs old age and 3 legs hes been struggling in pain recent with arthritus as expected with my dogs situations but all of Steve's recommendations and treatments have not just helped a littke but so much so that he's doing things he wasent able to in a year or two and shows no signs of pain, as a 65 lb 3 legged 14 year old dog he's getting around fine and enjoying life pain free.... BEST VET CLINIC ANYWHERE AROUND, If you use another clinic, id change to goldens bridge immediately and you will see how great every single person there is and your animal will thank you.

Dr. Nussbaum (who specializes in oral care) is Honestly an Amazing vet. Her calm, gentle energy not to mention knowledge has touched our dog and families heart. The team is also terrific. We have had many pets over the years and are switching to Dr. Nussbaum at Goldens Bridge Vetetinary Care Center.

The best vet and staff ever. Dr. Immerblum and staff have gone above and beyond for my dog who needed ACL and luxating patella surgery. They have answered all my questions, concerns, and phone calls immediately and even stayed late to help my dog. They truly care about animals but also are the kindest people!

I and my family have been with Goldens Bridge Veterinary Care for years now and we absolutely could not ask for better care for all our animals! The love, care, and attention each of our pets receives is just amazing, all with a homey environment- it truly cannot be beat!

I can't figure out who loves who more between my dog and this office. Couldn't say anything bad about them if I tried. Knowledgeable Drs with great communication. Staff always wonderful. Definitely glad they are my local vet.

From the first appointment we had with our dog Ginger, Goldens Bridge has gone above and beyond to help us diagnose and treat our dogs condition. The entire staff from reception to the vet are very professional and really care about our dog even after the appointments are over. Dr. Immerblum has gone out of his way to help us outside of office hours with our dog and really cares for her like it’s his own dog. I highly recommend choosing them as your local vet!

We just had an amazing experience with Goldens Bridge Veterinary Care Center after a really tough couple of weeks dealing with another center. They are extremely thorough, informative, and most importantly compassionate. Everything you could ask for in veterinary care for your loved ones. I would highly recommend these great people

Criminals. Took my dog in to see how much it would be to clean his teeth, told me my dog wasn't up to date on shots and proceed to give them to him without informing me. He just had his normal checkup a week earlier. Now,$377 later we have no second opinion on his teeth and he's was given redundant vaccines. No thought or "comprehensive, compassionate care" given just money grabbing.

I can't say enough for the staff at Goldens Bridge Vet they have above and beyond for me and my babies through a couple losses of my babies and of course through the ones I still have , it's been very difficult for me for personal reasons and GBV stood by me . We've been taking our dogs to Goldens Bridge for quite some time and the staff is always accommodating, caring, compassionate and professional. Sometimes my little dog gets himself on the brink of uncertainty and the doctors and vet techs go above and beyond to bring him back to happy. Thank you GBVCC.

Thank you to Dr Immerblum for helping my daughters with a newborn baby bird they found outside. He gave them some hay to make a nest, some cat food to feed the little bird and some good advice . He also gave us some numbers for wildlife rehab to see if they could help the bird. The little bird did very well over night and regained some strength. We took him the following day to one of the doctor's contacts in Rye! Check out the pictures below. The first one was taken the day they found the bird and the second picture was taken the next day after he got a little stronger.
