Very disappointed in my visit to this location today. We needed a lot of lumber for a deck and handicap ramp project. The remaining deck boards on the shelf were wet and black with mold. We asked a man working there (red hair, heavier build) if he could bring down another pallet as we needed 33 deck boards and the ones on the shelf were ruined. He told us no that he wouldn’t bring down another pallet and suggested we just use the ones there, even after he agreed that they were not suitable. I was shocked to say the least that he would not help us and then wait to complain how no one was there today in lumber and he had to get a pallet down for another customer.

My husband and I bought a new clothes washer but with his back bothering him we needed help getting it into my car. A special thank you to Henry, another worker and the store manager Ken for getting it into my car. I guess I don’t need a truck after all haha!! Thank you guys! Very professional and helpful!! Always great service here.

Visit 5/17, early afternoon: I had a home gardening project to do, and was a little intimidated at the idea of going in and purchasing a heavy load of bricks and getting 2x8's cut for it (just to fit in my car and no I will not try to return it!). Anton in the garden center was incredibly kind and helpful to start - he located the item I was looking for on a palet outside the gate and loaded all 18 of the heavy bricks onto my cart for me (customers aren't allowed on that side) . The woman working the cash register in the garden center was also so kind and helpful. I then set across the store to get the wood. The woman up front explained the process and was very friendly. John cut the planks for us and we were on our way! I've been to this location many times and almost always have a good experience, but this one was exceptional and I felt the need to let them know. Management: If you need any info to know the names of the 2 cashiers that were also amazing but I forgot their names, I can give info that might be available on the receipts? Thanks to all who helped. We will be back as always ?

Bad experience at Lowe’s bad customer service management bad never a manger around always seem to be in office joking around doing everything but they jobs the manger Micheal with camouflage vest should be fired especially all the reviews to we will all agree your a manger supposed to be a leader and help without attitude can’t handle the job and attitude then don’t think it’s for you buddy….order stuff never received and when I went there yall didn’t help at all when managers are called for help from an associate they responded back with what do you need or never came the bathrooms for ladies disgusting also they will play you out of your money…… the specialist will also constantly be on you nice or mean just to get a sale and there extra money for all that have good customer service don’t get cashed out by a specialist except these few I had good experience with these two young men think they name was Collin and Jarred best employees there in my opinion!!…..inventory is bad it will say you have a lot in stock and then won’t have none or will give a location and will not be the right location given need to work on that DONT GET NO INSTALLATION DONE!!!!!! FOR….DISHWASHERS, ANYTHING GAS, WATER HEATERS, OVER THE RANGE MICROWAVE, HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINDING SOMEONE ON THE OUTSIDE!!!!!!!!!!!! TAKE MY ADVICE!!!!! Even multiple employees told me to

During my recent visit to Lowe's I was met with a very unhelpful and rude manager named Micheal. Not only was he rude to me but also to fellow employees who were attempting to assist me. His behavior makes me want to take my business elsewhere because if this is how a manager acts in front of customers I am very disappointed. I would give this 0 stars if possible as I have been coming to this location for years and have never had such an experience so thanks Mr Manager!
