Gave $6,000 to them for the vinyl wrapping of my job trailer they kept the money did nothing with trailer. I even donated money to help with the cost getting their sick daughter back and forth to nyc for treatments. To believe this is how I got treated in return… I’m beside myself

They had beautiful display of woodwork depicting lakes at the Colonie Mall craft fair. I wanted a lake placid one and the gentleman said he would do a custom order for me and it will be ready the following weekend. My husband went the following Saturday and the man said "he forgot it" and he would mail it. 2 weeks went by and nothing. My husband calls and the man on the phone was confused on what we ordered but said "ill send it out today." Still nothing. Call several more times and no one answers. Called my bank and got my money back. Its too bad because their work is great. But customer service stinks..

Jason the owner is extremely rude and very unprofessional. I got a quote to get a blanket embroidered and he said it will be ready the day after I drop it off. I dropped off on Friday morning thinking it vfc would be done on Monday, but he said not until Tuesday. I did not hear from them and called Tuesday afternoon for an update I called the on li y phone number I had he yelled at me that it was not done and not to call him at the only # I had and thing up on me. I googled and got a different # I called a girl answered and said she hadn't put it on the machine yet when I asked when it would be done she said shed call when it was when I asked for an estimated time she repeated she would call when it done she doesn't know when or how long it would be. I told her I will go over and pick it up. S hff e asked why I told her how rude Jason was and with no estimated time it would be done I will go somewhere more friendly and professional. I was going to have. them do other things and o was going to purchase some of there merchandise for Christmas presents that I told Jason when I dropped the blanket off, but needless to say I will not give them my business and will not recommend them to anyone. Also if I know of anyone thinking of doing business with them i will advise them to go else were they are very rude and unprofessional.

Class A business. I was in a complete bind as I dropped the ball for some posters and a banner I needed for an event, it was Friday morning at 10:30 and my event was Saturday. I called and talked to a gentleman and told him the situation and he said he would do his best. I told him that I would pay whatever was need to get my stuff done. I received a call at 4:40 that day saying my stuff was done. I was not close at that time and didn't think I could get there before they closed and they waited for me. Products were amazing and the service was second to none. Liberty Graphics just happened to be the 3rd place I called and was the only ones that could help me. Best of all they did not charge me a cent extra for the rush. I will be using them for all of my printing in the future!

liberty graphics has been great for all my printing and design needs. I often contact them in a hurry to design and print business cards and rack cards and they always do a great job. I recently had them do some tshirts and they cam out great. I highly recommend Liberty for printing.

I walked into this business with a few blurry pics of a man recently deceased and laid them on the counter and asked if they could make a memorial piece out of them.I needed just 1 copy PLUS i needed them to design it as well,They were obviously very busy with much bigger clients and when i was asked when i needed it done by,i explained that i needed it by the next day.I immediately saw the look of concern on his face as he was currently swamped with orders and the stockpile of finished product up front was evidence of this.He took the pics from me and said "I'll see what i can do" Amidst all the chaos of a very successful business and 3 weeks of backed up orders,Monique called me the very next day at lunchtime and said my order was ready.I drove over and they presented me with a large styrofoam board with my 3 blurry pics enlarged and looking great! As I reached into my pocket to take out money to pay her,she said "Keep it,no pay necessary"This is an incredible example of the kindness of business owners that is only found in family owned and operated businesses like this one.Funny how the hardest working people are the most caring and giving.THANK YOU Liberty Graphics! You are the best and we are very fortunate to have you in our community
