Very bad experience. The girls who work there are the worst, too rude, all the machines use them for their benefit and the customer cannot say anything because they treat him badly. I hope the owner finds out how poorly managed his business is and changes those girls.

Very bad experience, the employees are using all the machines during the day, as the costumers are supposed to use the service. If they say that there are no machines available, they have to change that situation. The employees are rude to the costumers, that is not the way to run a business.

Very bad experience. Today two employees were very rude and rude. You cannot occupy more than two machines since they occupy the majority of machines for their benefit. Telling me that everyone has work to do. When behind me there was another person who was waiting for me to finish drying my clothes so that she could continue with hers because the two employees were occupying them. It is something that should not be like that because one's money is also worth it. We all pay for this service. And therefore it should be a welcoming place.??

The laundry attendant is rude and disrespectful. The door and online it says 10:30pm and she's kicking you out at 10pm. Last wash should be at 8 if closing is 10! She literally cleans over you and turns lights off worse customer service!!

Workers talk to you disgusting, it says last wash at 8:30 I came before 8 and the lady was very nasty saying last wash meant the people were on their way out at 8:30 she was very rude and said that she "didnt give a f that people had to leave early cause she was in charge" what kind of business are they running?
