Experience here was very bad. I would not recommend anyone come here. The mechanic (believe his name is Gino, don't really know) was either having a bad day or just flat out didn't like me.Was going on an extended drive and brought my car to have it checked out before I left. There were lots of problems with the car and it definitely needed some work. Gino highlighted these problems and wrote them down for me, also topping me off on some coolant and fixing the AC filter.This was about the only good thing of the experience, and thats just Gino doing the job I paid him for. This is what my experience included- Halfway through the inspection, he stated "im not wasting any more time on this car because it doesn't make me any money"- Gino stated "you need 10 years of experience to work on foreign german cars" and then proceeded to take 2 minutes to figure out how to put the protective cover of my F30 BMW engine back on the car. Yikes.- Gino became agitated that I was using mavis to install tires on my car. I have never been to this mechanic and owe him no allegiance, he saw no problem mouthing off to me though and visibly being agitated when I told him this.- The following day, after he topped me off with coolant, I called to ask what coolant he used. After being agitated for 2-3 minutes, he stated "put whatever coolant you want in the thing, I dont really care, you know more than me figure it out"I was recommended to not drive the car for more than 1 hour away after he checked it out. I proceeded to do a 12 hour drive the next day and had ZERO problems with the car. I wouldn't go as far as saying he is a bad mechanic.... but he is definitely not a nice person to work with.

Gino is beyond knowledgeable on European cars. I recommend him as another great, honest mechanic!

Bought a used porsche a few weeks back. Did some work on it and thought i may have pulled a spring on the ebrake assembly. These guys are awesome. Took it for a test drive and couldn't replicate the sound (probably in my head lol) but honest and trustworthy. Going to use them for all the work on it. Thanks again

Charged me $240 for synthetic oil change and a tire rotation. Claimed it took him 15 mins a wheel to get each wheel off because the lug nuts were so tight. The truck is 4 months old and I hand tightened the wheels 48 hours after they were installed 2500 miles ago. No rust and no way an impact driver would have taken more than 30 seconds per nut.I only came in here because I live next door otherwise I wouldn’t have paid the $240 and made him drop it to the normal $120 i usually pay. Also cash/check only apparently.

Gino is very fair and very good at what he does. I was referred to him by a mechanic friend for work on my suspension. Explained everything before the work and what was likely and what might happen once he dug in. His per hour rate was within range and he clearly didn't pad any time. I hope I don't have to see him all that much but if I have to send the car to the shop, it will be at Prestwick.

GINO IS THE MAESTRO AND THE GREATEST DOCTOR OF MECHANICS IN ALL OF LONG ISLAND. GINO HAS TAKEN CARE OF MY JAGUAR LIKE IT IS HIS OWN SINCE DAY ONE. AFTER 20 YEARS OF SERVICE ON A V12 ENGINE, ALL THE LITTLE PROBLEMS ARE NOTHING FOR HIS KNOWLEDGE . I HAVE NEVER MET ANYONE THAT CAN DIAGNOSIS A PROBLEM AND FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME LIKE GINO. HE HAS BEEN SO FAIR WITH EVERY REPAIR BILL. i EVEN OFFERED TO PAY MORE BUT HE REFUSED, HE IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!
