I traveled far for a part that turned out to be bad, and this even after the price i had on the phone was $40 i paid $75, service was great and they seem sincere, i know how they are about refunds so i asked for store credit so they could keep it in the store, they said they would let me know, but never did, so i ate it.Went Back service is still great, they saved me this time around! hey second chances!

The owner of this place is very rude to anyone who is not Caucasian. He lies about the condition of the parts he sells and calls customers out of their name. He also owns land in glen cove and a couple tenants also told me he’s very rude to them also. Please do not give this foul human being your hard earned money

Part sold to me did not work refused to take it back. Owner very rude and told his worker to put in yard to sell to someone else after I told him it did not work

I was looking for some parts for my vehicle. Looked them up on car-part.com. Called them up to confirm price & availability. They got back to me right away. Good prices and great service!. Guys at the counter had a good sense of humor & great customer servicgreat place with reasonable prices. No complaints! Great yard if you deal with businesses like this!

Called to confirm they had a hood for my car. Told me they did and that I could come pick it up 3 days later. Drove an hour to go pick it up and they had sold it to someone else when I got there. If you're interested in decent people with any sense of customer service, go elsewhere.
