Went for an inspection when was to take no longer then 1/2 hour. They couldn’t find anything wrong, so the guy said he would fail it on the driver side wind shield wiper because he ripped it a little at the bottom unless I buy one from them. Mind you I just replaced that wiper 12/12/23. So not even a year old wiper needed replacement and they charged me 30.99 plus tax for a new wiper. With inspection. District manager that was there took off in the back so I had to wait another hour and miss my doctor appointment. So an hour and half waiting for a wiper and he’s the one that tore it. Never again!

Great service, these guys always take care of my family. I went in for an oil change only, and they looked the vehicle over completely. They made recommendations of repairs and maintenance on my vehicle, and wrote up a quote of what needs to be done. They did not try to upsell me, and they never have unless it is absolutely necessary for the vehicle to leave the garage safely. There are two employees that have been there for several years and I have always been impressed with their professionalism, understanding of financial situations, and friendliness.

We were out of town and our car was over heating. The heat wouldn't work in 20 degree weather! It was a Sunday and monro was the only shop open.
We brought the car in first thing the morning and John the tech was able to get my car right in and called within the hour with the diagnose. He gave us the price and was able to get it done before the end of the day even being short handed. It certainly helped my wife and I out of a jam! We would recommend monro for sure

Will absolutely rip you off on labor expenses!!! I work next door so I thought it would be convenient. $17.00 in parts total bill $405.00. This was a " Bandaid" for my exhaust. Take your vehicle ANYWHERE else! Worst customer service also! Lots of honest mechanics in the area.
