Do No recommend any work here,Went to drop off a coat and vest for workWanted the whole back embroideredGave them a imagine already made to size all they had to do was digitize it and embriod.Worker completely remade half of my design and changed it because she didn’t take her time and made a mistake so they went ahead and made both items and then told me $500 after they made it even tho they were not image I gave them. They didn’t send any pictures of the changes they made before the embroidery.So after I told them that’s not my image it’s completely different and off centerThey told me I can take them how they are for 150 each.So I told them to remove all of it and return my jacket and coat.Came to pick it up and the same girl that messed up the project gave me the items and gave me her back without a word. Very disappointed especially because the image was already digitized and everything could’ve went well if she wasn’t incompetent. Won’t go back and definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Loved the friendliness of the staff. Embroidery was AMAZING. The only thing I would improve is the person said they would call me with an update but I never received a call.

Do not use this service, we brought in a work uniform to have the name monogrammed on 1.23.22 at 3:30 pm. We were told to leave it, when we returned we found the worker had not only sewn the pocket shut. She put holes in the expensive garment. Her response was oh very sorry,leave it I will fix it. How do you fix holes ? after she saw she put holes in the garment, she put a large piece of felt backing and used a sharpie to color in the felt??? so the holes were not noticeable. Not only did she ruin the item, she never even offered a refund of the $30 buck charge to destroy the uniform.

Do not use this company, they do not train their people. They just ruined a work jacket put a red marker to cover the holes with a sharpie. The response is as they are very sorry! Ruin a 200 dollar work jacket and all you have to say is sorry. The nerve to still charge and collect 30 dollars. I know everyone has a hard time getting help but we are going to accept this!

Located inside the Hallway of the Roosevelt Field Shopping Center located off of Old Country Road servicing Westbury and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Great for quick embroidered items like hats and shirts. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Nice staff. We will most likely be going back.
