I would like to give 5 stars to Katelyn! It was my first time going to Janie and Jack at the Roosevelt Field Mall and called to ask their location. Katelyn was very kind to give me instructions! She actually stayed on the phone and waited to check if I got to the store safely! She went beyond her ways to help her customer!

Dad bought 4 pieces of clothes for his 3-year-old baby, and one of them was forgotten to wear. After a few months, he found that the child couldn’t fit in it and it was too small. The price tags of the clothes hadn’t been opened, and even the invoice was left in the shopping bag . Of course, I know that if you purchase more than 45 days, you may not be able to get a replacement. But the clothes in this store are not cheap, and the skirts are also very beautiful. I just try to see if there is a better way, half price replacement or 30% replacements or other ways to reduce losses. I'm not asking for it to be like that.However, a manager named Lauren, with a very strong attitude, repeated the store rules of not accepting more than 45 days at least 10 times within 2 minutes. And staring straight at me, as if the guests are here to cheat money, which made me feel a very terrible service experience. It's not that I can't accept the store rules, I just try to communicate. But the manager tough attitude and eyes made me feel that customers who shop in their store don't need to be respected. Will never come to this store again.

This store location is so small, not easy to move around. The clothing are very nice quality but pricy, if you buy from that store be aware you won't be able to return the items at the outlet store in deer park outlet.

I love their clothes, I try to buy online because the two girls currently working there are seriously lacking personalities and customer service skills. Just a horrible shopping experience. I was afraid to ask for a manager in fear one of them would say you’re speaking with one ?.

Live the clothes especially for the holidays, but they are very pricey. I also feel the holiday clothes have been the same for 5 years

Cutest kid store ever! My mom used to buy clothes for me here when I was younger and now here I am, buying clothes for my little cousin. It is pricey but it’s good quality clothes. I don’t like seeing kids in those weird shirts with dumb phrases on them from Walmart so this is a great alternative for those who still believe styling and fashion is an important form of expression and don’t want to appear ghetto.

Cutest kid store ever! My mom used to buy clothes for me here when I was younger and now here I am, buying clothes for my little cousin. It is pricey but it’s good quality clothes. I don’t like seeing kids in those weird shirts with d*** phrases on them from Walmart so this is a great alternative for those who still believe styling and fashion is an important form of expression and don’t want to appear ghetto.
