This place is a joke. Went to the store on 11/1 in Roosevelt Field Mall, 2 employees engaged in conversation, no greeting. My husband and I waited for them to finish their conversation only for the woman to walk off into the back and for the guy to sit at the counter and ignore us. Then comes the attitude of the employee when we asked for assistance. I don't beg ANYONE to take my money, needless to say we walked out and spent our money in "LIDS".I reached out to management, of course no reply.This place can kick rocks. My fam and I will NEVER attempt business with this company again, I don't care which location.

Received my hat today in the mail. New Era 5950 Mets Trucker Fitted. Hat is very tight. I recommend going up a size if anyone is reading this. I Contacted CS to do an exchange they said they do not. So I have to take an L and pay for SH to return and then have to buy the bigger size and take another SH L. In addition the hat was purchased on a GC I received for Fathers day. So now I have to payout of pocket for the bigger size BC there is no guarantee by the time they process the refund the hat will be available. What is crazy if I went to the store it would be a straight up exchange. Very poor CS IMO. A return should just have occurred plain and simple.

Always closes hours before the mall closes. Employees might be the worst people to ever work. They are lucky the hats sell themselves.

I went to this store today 12/4/21 as a white man walking into this store full of African American people was no problem what was an issue was the mask requirement to gain entry when I saw the sign I decided to ignore it since there was one gentleman not wearing his mask and 3 others with their noses exposed so as I walked in I was told to leave if I had no mask while they continued to allow the other 4 black men to shop btw one was an employee I think he was the manager I felt very angry after this and decided to confront them when doing so they all pulled up their masks s

Friendly staff, Nice Layout... Look forward to seeing drops here. People need to understand the way Hatclub works you can't expect to just go in and grab something exclusive off the shelf you need to show up at the drops!

Go to the store and doors are closed 2 hours before the mall closes. Employee is sitting on counter with his mask down and on his phone. I walk in and guy rudely points at my face to wear a mask. Only store in the entire mall that requires a mask. When you ask if they have extra he says no and that the store is sold out. Employee so rude and obnoxious.

Came to check out store employee a women was cleaning the store with door shut during the day around 6:20 not close to closing time. Had me and and other customers waiting at the door acting like she didn’t see us and couldn’t say hold on a second or anything or make eye contact. Very rude and bad for business.
