Very disappointed, I picked my fur and had damage to my sleeve. Instead of offering an apology and to repair the damage, he yelled and blamed me for the damage. My coat was there for over a year, since last year it wasn’t cold enough. Bad customer service.

I had googled this place earlier today after I had learned that the furrier that I normally go to is closed for vacation until next month. The women in the store were so kind. I had taken two of my coats there for summer storage (I'm very late this year). While inspecting one of my coats they noticed a small flaw with the hooks. I had never paid attention to it. I trusted their judgment & agreed to have it adjusted. Im so happy to have found this store, the location is much more convenient for me. I look forward to doing business with them again. Thank you for being so kind.
