Refuse to use this cleaners anymore. They ruin ur clothes and are not willing to replace them. Extremely unhappy with how the manager handles situations.

This cleaners is amazing. I had an emergency and needed pants tailored for an interview. I called and was told to come right in. They accurately tailored my pants perfectly within 10 mins. Would give 10 stars if i could. Shout out to Marrisa for taking care of me during my small emergency.

Pros: nice people, reasonable priceCons: they never clean any stains out. The only thing they do is iron it for you.I brought a brouse with lipstick stains on collar. I pointed it out and they put notes on my order. When I picked it up, the stains were smashed all-over the rest of the clean areas. They redid it, still didn't get all the stains out. I got all stains out with the Shout spray when I got home.Another time I brought my daughter's down comforter which has bloodstains on top from nose bleeding when she was sleeping. I pointed them out, they labelled it. Again when I picked it up, those stains were untouched. They redid it, still there. They said they couldn't get the stains out but still took $50 cleaning fee. Once again, I came home sprayed the stains with Shout triple acting spray, waited for a couple hours, then rinsed off. They were gone.These two instances make me believe they never clean your clothes properly but put them in machine along with other people's clothes, then iron it make you think your clothes are properly cleaned.Save yourself time and money, go someplace else.
