Please make sure you read to the end!!! A lot of info about the place
Almost all of big the big machines are meesed up. So you have to use the little ones and spend more money.
The machines dont run the time they supposed to. Is 35 min and it only runs 25min.i noticed cuz it says 10min remaining and suddenly stopped in 2 min. So they stealing your money. Dryers are rusted in the back so is very toxic if you have kids clothes.
Always packed cuz a lot of machines are not working. The employees dont keep the place clean. The times that i came were very dirty.
The staff is very rude!.Super rude!!!. They dont care at all...
Also wanna add that is not 24hr place. Because when you come after 8pm. Theres no machine available because they use it all for drop off. So if you come after 8pm you wont be able to use any. Please see pictures that has a paper tag is for drop off customers only and they don't let you use the machines!!!.

It’s always clean in here no matter the time, the machines work well and there’s a lot of space inside. Be careful with the dryers though- it’s the strongest dryer I’ve ever used at a laundromat and I’ve shrunk clothing by using high heat. I only use high heat for towels and blankets now but never for clothing

Today (December 3, 2023) was my first time using this laundromat and I have nothing bad to say. The best part to me is that every the dryers get extra hot and they also have a dry cleaning service. They get do get busy I went around 11am and it started to pick up at 12pm also it is a Sunday. They are also 24hrs so that's also a plus.

We come to NYC often, and usually wash our clothes at the hotel or take them home. This time, I decided to try a wash and fold service, and visited Fresh Laundromat in Fresh Meadows. Same day service the day after Thanksgiving, clothes ready earlier than expected, and amazing service (see pics attached). Very nice staff as well. We will be back!

This laundromat is HUGE with lots of new machines. Located in area with plenty of options for eating and shopping for necessities. Even a nearby hair salon. Clean environment and relatively quiet. Recommend coming here.
