Went in for battery installation to two different locations, first they said they DO install batteries as a courtesy but, then they tell me its too much of a job to install my batterie. Autozone shouldn’t advertise service and tools that they CANNOT PROVIDE.
Extremely disappointed with my experience in Autozone.

The old walking corpse meanie is so rude it’s a old lady employee you’ll know who it is by the annoying 50 year old Karen voice attitude she has. Basically I had bought a car battery and was given the wrong size but I came back to try to replace it and the dude with ugly beard was helpful at selling us whatever was THERE but wasn’t helpful at selling us what was NEEDED. However when I came back patiently to just exchange not even returning it, instead of validating my concern they both gang up on telling that’s what I needed and that’s it, the old lady more than the dude. On top of that, the lady also tries to tell me if it don’t fit find something else to make it fit, which I’d like to see her argue that with an actual mechanic since she thinks she knows it all. Finally the one useful and most chill employee comes out who’s half they age tells them that there’s another battery there that would probably be the right one. So instead of arguing and being miserable at their job this employee was actually thoughtful and helpful and chill with us. Don’t ever show those two old heads remorse if you argue with them! Lesson learned for me
