Manager allowed person to skip the line of roughly 10 people because the person is just “picking up”. I was just “dropping off” and was done just as fast.

I was here in this store there are unbearable people who do not help people who do not know how to return things in particular a guy who speaks Spanish I told him to help me because I did not know how to do it and it was impossible before this last time I was 2 cessations and I had no problems. A girl who speaks Spanish deserves a good salary, it's a shame she forgot her name.

I went there for a return and the bag was broken, my return instructions said that they will bag so I didn’t pay mind to the state of the bag. The employee informed me that that wasn’t the case, I apologize and explained. She then said, im just telling you, you do what you want. Until that action I understand she was just doing her job. If i needed to pay extra she could of told me and that would of been just fine, But instead she rolled her eyes, the huffing and the attitude was very unnecessary. I understand that it was close to closing time and she might have been tired and this probably happens a lot, but her unkindness was unnecessary. The guys are always polite and provide good customer service.

Miguel the owner was caring and a Godsend he helped my daughters and I print out the programs for my mom funeral. I was upset and crying it wouldn’t work out but, Miguel reassured me everything would be alright and it did! You don’t find people like him everyday. The staff was also kind and friendly. Overall this UPS went above and beyond.

I have always had a good experience in this store and the employees are friendly and helpful. I would like to single out one employee who has helped me on my last two visits. Xavier goes above and beyond to be helpful and he does so kindly. The management of this location should be aware of, and grateful for, such professional employees.

I was at the store, my document was on a flash drive and they no longer allow you to print from USB. I was heading to staples to print my document and asked the notary if he will be there when I get back. He said he will be leaving in ten minutes and I can make an appointment and he will call me.

Terrible customer service! I went here to return an item to Amazon and they told me that my box needed “too much tape” and they would have to charge me. My box has no holes! Only a small rip at the end where the flaps meet! I took it to Whole Foods and they gave me no problem! I’m also almost 9 months pregnant and had to drag the item back out again all because they wouldn’t assist me! I will never go here again! I return items all the time and never had an issue over tape! The employee was just lazy!
