i took my 2019 TB custom to basils for a lifter issue. well they called me and said it was a lifter and camshaft. they replaced it. Drove it around for a bit and brought it back oil light came on saying to add oil. They wanted to do an oil consumption test on it. took the truck back home, then before I want on a vacation with my family and camper I brought it back to basils to get a check up on everything before going to Myrtle beach. they said all was good. went on my trip. Oil light came on 4 times. limped home after the trip. took it back to basils few days after I took it back there they called me and said the wrong camshaft was put in and they took the top of the engine apart and found more wrong. Waited forever for them to find out if the engine could be replaced. But it was. When I got it back drove it partially home and all my warning/ hazard lights were going off, brought it back they had it for about 2-3 weeks and they told me it was the fuse box. there was nothing wrong with it before they did what they did. So I paid out of pocket for that but they couldn't show me how bad it was. SHADY very SHADY. Well that didn't fix the problem. So I brought it back again 2-3 weeks later they call me and said they found a burnt wire and fixed it. Ok well finally that fixed that so I finally got to take my truck for a decent ride after the engine was replaced and noticed I'm getting a crap ton of exhaust fumes inside the cab of my truck brought it back they couldn't find it so I took it to another dealership and basils cracked my exhaust manifold putting it back together. I have not had a good experience with basils and the service manager is clueless at her job. Bought a new truck got screwed with my trade because of the lack of knowledge of basils. If u want to keep the value of your vehicle don't take it to basils in fredonia NY.

Unfortunately my truck broke down they claim you don't need an appointment I had it towed in the guy at the counter took my key didn't give me no time I called back and I was told that I would be given a call when they were ready to call me that they got seven cars in in the same day and I guess that was my problem very rude and then I called back the day after 24 hours later and you could tell some other guy answered besides the one that I dealt with at the counter he must have said I told him I was going to call him back cuz he said the exact same thing and here we are 24 hours later and I still have no call and no truck and it is my only vehicle that I am paying for I will not buy another vehicle from basil ever they just lost a $50,000 sale because of their rudeness

brought my car there because i hit a deer, they took a really long time to make the simple repair, didn't detail the car like they said they did and when i got the car back it was scratched up from the mechanics, they didn't put my skid plate, wheel well liner, hood, or headlight on correctly and then the same day i got it back the brand new clutch blew out because there mechanics clearly can't drive a manual to pull the car in and out of the shop, i went back and they told me someone must have stolen my car because "none of that was from them" keep in mind my car gets parked in a garage that gets locked every night and the keys to my car and the garage were with me lol, they won't take responsibility for any of the damages they caused to my car, therefore causing me to have to spend over 2 grand and a miserable 10 hours of my life on parts and tools to fix the car myself and i'm going to have to spend an additional 300-500 dollars to have the scratches, buffed out/ filled in, absolutely terrible service i'm really disappointed

My van went there after I hit a deer. was told it would be a 10 day repair, took 31 days and countless phone calls to get information from the manager. My van hasn't been the same since getting it back but I won't take it back there to get checked out.

Make sure when you go home to consider the offer you got for buying a new car, the offer is in writing, and signed, and looked over by the manager, not just the salesman. Even though you are told one price, it can change when the sale is finalized, and by a lot. Also, when you turn your old title in for your trade in, make sure you again get a signed receipt, because your title can mysteriously get lost, and if you back out of the deal because of the above mentioned "problem" you will be left without a title to your old vehicle.
